The fact that the owner and many of the employees are long-term friends of mine notwithstanding, this establishment has terrific food. Service is friendly and personalized. Specials are good and change regularly. Hamburgers are hand formed when ordered and huge. Great value for price. Even the location is good. Not far from downtown but a nice neighborhood. Take out available.

Clean, friendly, small business. I’d encourage everyone to give it a try. Unfortunately I’m not impressed with the food, the burger is a tad on the small size and is just not on par with what local diners or larger chain burger joints in the area offer. I’m looking forward to trying the omelette and pancakes.

Friendly service, good food, fair prices, and a killer counter-long train diorama! Eat here, even if it’s a little out of the way. Tell Blondie that Adam sent you. She won’t have any idea what you’re talking about!

Our first visit began with the most welcome of words: OPEN. We had become endeared to this little place during the previous owners’ reign, and found to our delight that we’d still be able to think of the Trolley as «home base». Friendliness all around, and a chef who didn’t brag about his fare but should. Everything served is house-made. Our burgers were top-notch. Even the coleslaw was great. Generous portions. Endless coffee. A «don’t change a thing» kind of place, at least by our narrow samplings. To Blondie and crew: thanks for making us so welcome, and especially for keeping this good ol’ place alive and smiling. May you thrive long and well.

Great food. Friendly people. They just opened this week(in the former«Third Rail Diner.») We stopped in for breakfast today. My wife had pancakes and eggs, I had a bacon-sausage-ham-cheese omelet, both were great. Mine came with hash browns loaded with onions and really tasty. We’ll be back!
