Be careful with these guys. They WIll take advantage of you if you are not present to watch the work. The level of incompetency borders on idiocy. It took them 5 trips to repair a boiler. Diagnostic should have been completed on first trip. But they scam is to repair 1 issue then tell you that something else is wrong, repair that, then tell you another thing is wrong. In this way they are able to charge significantly increased hours. I was charged 1.5 hrs to change a thermostat on the wall. REally? I can do that in 5 minutes. For the $ 1600 they charged, I could have had a new boiler installed. This boiler only services a 600sqft apartment. If you must hire these guys, make sure you stand over them to watch them.
