First and foremost let me point out that I am an employee of Aqua Jet and I’m posting to confront a specific customer’s claim, Lindsay L. Lindsay L. signed a contract with us for a weekly recurring service(which could’ve been cancelled at any time and NEVER was oddly enough) which we provided without fail. We also altered the schedule twice to better accommodate her desires. She was never charged for anything but services and products provided to her at previously agreed to prices. Any complaints she had were dealt with in a timely fashion.(her complaints were that by the time she came home on Friday evening there were sometimes things floating in her pool so instead of maintaining her pool first thing Friday morning we shifted her to be the last stop made on Fridays, regardless of when she was scheduled nature and gravity do not stop working once we leave the premise) This customer made a claim as described above around the first couple times of our service so, as it was apparent this customer was being difficult JUST to be difficult, any time we serviced her pool we took before and after pictures. We also have all documention for all services rendered as well as the contract she signed agreeing to said services which list the hourly rate. Feel free to come into our spacious location on 9W in Lake Katrine and we will be happy to show any curious customers these pictures and documentation as Lindsay L’s claims are baseless and frivolous. If our services were so poor over the summer, I’m curious as to why she also hired us to close her pool at the end of the season.

Worst pool company ever do not use. They overcharge you like it’s their job. Don’t even bother trying to get a refund for work they never did. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.
