The pharmacy staff here is pretty darned useless. During the past few months they have screwed up two of my prescriptions, promised to contact my doctor and didn’t, promised to contact my insurance company and didn’t, and promised to call me and didn’t (twice).
The only good thing is that the waiting line is usually quite short. Perhaps there is a reason for that.
