We have 3 Toyotas, a Camry, a Yaris, and a 2013 Tacoma. In Service, it always seems like they have just heard of these cars; almost every question I ask the Service Department requires them to research and«get back» or they tell me to ask Parts or Finance. I’ve had to make 3 trips for the same issue with the Tacoma once a week for 3 weeks because they kept having to order a new part. Really guys? Now, I’m trying to buy $ 1000 of Michelin LTX M/S2 tires from Parts and now they have changed the call back time twice just to let me know when they are in stock. Now they are 30 minutes late from their last promised call-back time. They act more like a one man shop meaning their Service techs all close for lunch at the same time and I have to wait an hour just to hear if the car is ready because«nobody is in the shop». Obviously, they are the only local dealer, or I would definitely choose somebody else.
