Texas Roadhouse

Did the call ahead seating for a party of 12 on a Saturday at 4:00 pm. Got there at 4:25 was told they were waiting on a table to be vacated and cleaned. It would be no more than 5 or 10 minutes. Waited 30 minutes and went back up to speak with the hostess. We thought maybe they had forgotten us. We were given several extremely lame excuses «one of the hostesses was new», «they had several large groups», and my favorite «a group of people just walked in and sat down at our table on their own». We were then told they were cleaning a table and we would be seated in a couple minutes. Sat back down and waited another 20 minutes. Went back up and hostess was extremely rude and went to get the manager. Assistant Manager Scott was even more rude than the hostess, no apology whatsoever and we were given several more lame excuses from him. Such as «I just came on duty», «It’s hard for us to seat a big party». Our call ahead seating came in at 4:03 and we walked out at 5:20 angry and hungry. I will never again darken the doors of this Texas Roadhouse.

Ordered steak medium rare with shrimp and got well done steak with cold shrimp. Service wasn’t bad but food was horrible

I have been here twice and I was not very impressed. Service is slow and my prime rib was cold and unimpressive. I have eaten at plenty of Texas Roadhouses, and this is one of the worst I have tried.

I’ve been to this location several times and it’s always very good. Excellent food at good prices, always. The steaks are excellent!

Not the best Texas Roadhouse we’ve been to. Food luke warm and overcooked. Service mediocre. Needs better management, apparently. Glad the one in our hometown is better than this one!

Steaks are hit or miss. Sometimes they are tender and very good. But I have also had them there that are almost too tough to cut, much less to chew.
However, my biggest complaint about them is WHY DO THEY PLAY MUSIC ALL THE TIME? It makes for a constant din of background noise that causes diners to have to talk louder to hear each other. And as people talk louder they have to then talk even louder. By the end of dinner, you voice is hoarse. The more crouded it gets, the worse it becomes. Please turn off the music!

Visited this restaurant with friends and two of us ordered their bone-​in ribeye. The ribeye was so tough and fibrous that I had trouble cutting it cleanly with my knife. My friend had the same experience. I ordered a medium ribeye and received a medium rare to rare. Side dishes were good and the waiter very friendly, but sadly I will not be back– very disappointing

My husband & I, along with my best friend went too Texas Roadhouse. It was a Saturday night, busy but considering time of night & day not a long wait 20 minutes.
The ladies both ordered filet medallions, house salad, baked potato. My husband ordered a T-​bone steak, house salad, baked potato.
Our food was excellent. Steaks were tender, cooked just as we ordered! Excellent waitress, kept our glasses full & table cleared for us.
I will definitely be going back!

Visited w/​a coworker on a monday evening. The place was crowded but they accomodated w/​no wait which was nice. Great place to bring the kids, especially if yours is a noisemaker. Nobody will notice.
Seats & table clean. Waiter was prompt, courteous & kept apologizing b/​c he was new. He didn’t do anything wrong. Didn’t hesitate to get refills for us & asked more than once if he could get us anything else.
Took a while to get the food but it was busy. I had ribs which were a bit overdone. No smokey flavor, just alot of sauce. I also had a loaded sweet potato which takes the healthiest item on the menu & just about makes it the least healthy but it was oh so good. Practically desert. Steamed broccoli came out the way I like it, not mushy & not too crisp but it wasn’t even luke warm — just about room temperature. They also seasoned it a bit too much w/​salt & butter. My preference would have been to have the butter on the side & there is salt on the table so I don’t need the fry guy dusting mine w/​sodium chloride.
In a pinch this is an ok place to stop but I’ll try all the other bbq joints in town prior to a return visit.
