This is The best Holiday Inn I have ever stayed at! It’s all brand new from the ground up! Rooms are spacious, mattress was Awesome, soft and firm pillows provided, granite countertops, large flat screen tv, coffee maker, hair dryer, large mini-​fridge, a/​c works fantastic, large indoor pool, and a large free breakfast. Housekeeping did a great job, were friendly and courteous and provided extra towels upon request. I will definitely be staying here again!

You have to leave New York to truly appreciate the space in a hotel room like the Holiday Inn Express in Kingsport, TN. I did appreciate it and I enjoyed my stay while attending a work conference. The service is quick and friendly and the room was clean. I’d stay here again if I were in the area. The only issue is that there isnt much food to choose from nearby. If you are ok with Mcdonalds or Pizza Hut then youre set.

Very clean and new rooms. Friendly staff. It’s located in a bizarre area of town but the hotel itself is an excellent place to stay.
