I dropped my iPhone, shattered the screen and remembered seeing an ad at Batteries Plus a few weeks ago when I stopped in to get a battery for my key fob. I looked their locations up online and found a $ 15 off coupon to replace a cellphone screen.
Originally I called the JC location and got a bad attitude and they quoted a price of $ 139.00 to fix my phone, that I’d need to drop it off for a few days and wait my turn b/​c they don’t take appointments.
I called the KPT location, got a really friendly guy, Will, on the phone, it was $ 119.00 (just like the website suggested) and told they could get me in that day and have it done in a few hours.
I dropped my phone off, fully expecting to not have it fixed until late that night, but just 3 ½ hours later, I was good to go.
I left my coupon with my phone at drop off, and they gave me an additional $ 5 off for being a repeat customer. Y’all, skip the JC store, head to KPT, they’ll take care of you
