I’ve been coming here since 1992, when it was Coastal Vision Center, located by the old Walmart.
Ever since 1992, I have never had anything less than the best service I’ve had period. In any category.
The staff is ALWAYS helpful. No matter what optometrist they have, they’re ALWAYS kind and willing to explain your eyesight issues and their findings in depth.
The sales staff are barely sales staff. They’re consultants, and they’re really interested in helping you get the frames you want. They aren’t trying to push frames or services you don’t want or need. What they will do is try to find out your situations/​needs/​uses and explain products that can improve that (i.e. transitions, bifocals, coatings, etc).
I will never, ever go anywhere else for my glasses. If I leave this area, I will fly back for eye exams and frames.
