I was driving when my emergency light came on. This place is located conveniently close to the freeway so I was able to pull off and get what I needed quickly. The staff was very helpful and friendly. They checked my starter, alternator, and battery for free to help pinpoint the problem. They also loaned the tools to fix my alternator and charged my battery, at no cost to me. This is definitely the best place to go.

The Armenian-​American female manager was unnecessarily rude. I asked one of her coworkers if she’s always that rude and before I could finish my question they emphatically said, «yes»!
Advice: You don’t have to be as tough as the tools you sell. The juxtaposition of a caring and kind woman selling tough and grimy tools is much more pleasant.
