Hire. More. Cashiers. You have double the amount of people working in the pharmacy. Driving to cvs is worth it now.

The actual store part is pretty good. I cant say I really have any complaints. The pharmacy on the other hand is a wreck. My main problem being changing prescriptions without notifying me. They changed my prescription and said the company had new packaging and they put the sticker over the company name and I had a reaction to it. The head pharmacist had such a horrible attitude while defending her actions. The head pharmacist is the one who said she does the prescriptions and she went with what was in stock.
It happened again this time with a new head pharmacist who was really kind and said she dont know who packaged it and would note in my file to keep my prescription as written. It was her first day on the job too.
Why would it even have to be at this level? A prescription prescribed by a doctor should NOT be changed by a pharmacist.
Originally I was just waiting for my prescription to be finished and Id go to a new pharmacy but this new head pharmacist who was really sweet gave me the idea that things would be different. This place would be more organized and less chaotic. I think I need to give her a little more time to take control of that chaotic time bomb. Sorry thats what you inherited.
The pharmacists under her dont really know what they are doing, very bored, easily stressed, and clearly do not like their jobs or even care. But with a boss like the one they had previous, Im not surprised.
However its enough to leave me untrusting with this place. Id rather go to the pharmacy next to my job.
They have lost my insurance information a few times. They also asked me to call them for my prescription to remind them to fill it when my one prescription was over. I gave them the refill that was needed. Again pretty unknowledgeable about what to do when given an insurance card. I asked for my prescription back and it was literally pain staking. I had to ask 6 times maybe more and at first it was «why do you want it back?» «Why do you need it back» «we have it in our system» and just with the jaw dropped. If I want to go to another pharmacy I can. You cant withhold a prescription from someone.
I finally got it back after she was told to give it back to me.
Its like the customers are a joke to them. The 2 stars are lost on the pharmacy and one for the new pharmacist who has quite a task ahead of her and the other two are for the store part. Wide selection. Neatly organized. Good pricing. Attentive and knowledgable staff.
