Flynn-Aire

Had a few issues. The unit works perfectly. Flynn Air made a few adjustments and we are very «Cool» now!

We have hired Flynn-​Aire to do different heating and chilling services at the distillery and they consistently do an excellent job. Their employees are experts and are always timely, professional and friendly. In addition, Flynn-​Aire gives a fair price for their work. Highly recommend!

I had lost my heat late on a Sunday night. It was freezing out and I had no clue how to fix a heater. I called Flynn Aire and within one hour the service men were at my house. They were not only professional but kind and efficient. I was up and running shortly after they arrived.
My next concern was the bill. I figured a Sunday night «emergency call» was going to hit hard. Not at all, the bill was both fair and reasonable.
I highly recommend Flynn-​Aire and am forever grateful to have had them for service.

Started central air system in our home and realized there was something wrong. Our «normal» service company since went out of business so we called Flynn Air as a local resource. They said that they had a service person IN THE AREA and could send them over to look at the unit. The service man was in the attic for no more than 10 minutes and said that we needed a new motor for our air handler. He said it would cost approx $ 700 – 800 and he wrote up a ticket for the visit. $ 70 for labor PLUS $ 99 TRAVEL TIME! My husband questioned this item and the service man said that this would not be charged again when they come back to fix the unit. Being in a predicament, he paid the man.
A few hours later, my husband received a call from Flynn Air saying the unit would cost more like $ 1800 PLUS LABOR! This would amount to over $ 2K…much more than the original estimate.
We proceeded to call other air conditioner companies and had the job done for $ 1500 ALL IN.
After calling Flynn Air that we felt the travel charge was not fair considering they had a service person in the area and they were not hired to do the work we asked for a refund. The only person I have been able to speak with in their office has been Monica. She says she speaks with the owner Bob and he says that this is a «normal fee» but again I can not get through to Bob to ask for the credit. Monica also said to me «We have to make a living so we can not refund the travel charge». I understand needing to make a living but already paying the service person $ 70 for 10 min of their time PLUS $ 99 travel fee is completely unfair.
Our experience with this company has led me to write this review in warning other potential customers that they are OVERPRICED and not fair in looking out for the customers best interest.
