Quality Inn

Worse place I have ever stayed. The Internet was sporadic and couldn’t keep a connection. There are not many outlets that are convenient. The sheets did not look very clean. There was a light brown/​rust colored stain on them. The bathroom was very small, it was hard to turn around in. The breakfast was ok. The two days I stayed, they had the same breakfast both days. If you are a biscuit and gravy person then I guess that’s ok. I got a poppy seed muffin out to eat and it tasted old and stale.
Both days I stayed there, I woke up with bite marks on my legs and arms. They looked like mosquito bites… I hope they were mosquito bites and not bed bug bites…
On the first night I left my room to go to Walmart and I’m pretty sure I saw a roach scuttle across the floor.
It wasn’t that quiet at the hotel. You could hear doors slamming. I didn’t get much rest at this hotel because of that.
I guess the only thing this place is good for is their price. Other than that I really wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. I know I’m never going to stay here again. Lesson learned.

The people were very nice. BUT. the place was dirty and gross. There was a poop colored mark in the middle of the bed– the first thing we saw when we walked into the room. The room smelled bad (like smoke) even though it was a non-​smoking room. The door did not appear to shut all the way (it opens to the parking lot on the first floor). The chain lock on the door was broken (literally broken in half at the base that connects to the door). We did not feel safe (from bed bugs or from someone breaking in). Will not stay here again.

Guest room Wi-​Fi was not working but at least they had roaches.

This place seems fairly dated and, consequently, the rooms seem cheaply furnished.
That’s fine, though, for a few reasons. The rooms are also quite clean, and both breakfast and wireless internet access are included in the price. It’s also very close to the interstate. Those qualities make this a good place for an overnight stay when, like me, you’re coming from and going to somewhere south of Charlotte and don’t want to drive all the way up there just to get a decent room.
