I went to him because he was the only place in Kingman that worked on the charging ports of androids and I have to tell you it was not a very good experience I ended up paying for a charger that I did not need(he told me I was just placing a deposit on it. … yep.. Stupid me. .A used charger for $ 45) and then he was trying to gouge me for the replacement part for the port. which took 9 days to get. not the two he quoted… when I told him just to forget it and I would pay for the item that he had to have specially delivered I told him if he s h old me the en voice I would pay for it and he could give me back my 45 bucks for the charger… He stated he didn’t have the en voice but he knew it was 30 for the part… The part was less than 2bucks… on the internet… please…stay clear of him… I realize we don’t have a lot to choose from in Kingman but we don’t have the money to throw away… Lil Kim gets one big star only because I cannot give him 0

Called and spoke to Ken about a charging issue, he informed me this was a common issue on Samsung S4s. Ken assured me that he could find the problem and quoted me $ 75. Sounded great because what is cost me more to get it fixed through my carrier. So we drive 20 minutes to the shop where 10 looks at the phone and says he has to order the part. And it would be in in the next day or two. He was however kind enough to loan my son a charger so he could charge the battery while waiting for the part to come in. Later that afternoon I received a phone call from Ken asking me the model number of my phone. He apparently did not know there are two different models. By the time I had gotten back to him he informed me that he had just ordered both of them. Two days later the part was in and he asked that we bring the phone in so he could finish working on it. So we drive another 20 minutes as we’re standing there and he is inspecting the phone a lady walks in next thing I know I do not exist. He basically just try to hurry and shovel us out the door. Later that afternoon I get yet another call from Ken as he is making suggestive comments about the lady who walked in and how he forgot to finish getting all the information for the phone. We are now at 7 days on a 2 day repair. At this point 10 calls and says the phone is repaired and ready for pickup. We go to pick up the phone and he charges $ 85 instead of the $ 75 he had quoted. To my son who starts to use it and notices that the touch buttons on the bottom are not responding or lighting up. So we call Ken yet again. He says to bring it in and he will fix it, so yet another 20 minute drive. The next day he calls and says it is fixed. My son who happened to be in town went to pick it up and it was dead. He got it back and charged the phone was still doing the same thing no working buttons. The next day we drive back to can where can proceeds to tell my son that the buttons r_s fragile as gold leaf and he would have to break the screen to repair it. Then basically told my son to have a good day. I however am going to take the phone that was in working order except for the charger port back in today to see why he will not fix what he broke. I will update this post after I’m done.

I was making my way home to Vegas though Kingman with an iPad that worked fine but had spidered glass. I googled repair and this place came up. Ken replaced the glass with a black boarder as requested. Then he broke his last black boarder by the power button, I of course agreed to pay his original asking price $ 95.00 for a white boarder piece of glass. When I got home 117 miles away I discovered the wifi was not being picked up though out the house as it always had before. I needed to be right next to the router. I called Ken and he said the antenna is very delicate and is located next to the power button. He guessed he broke it when he broke the last black border glass in his inventory, hanging me with white and nearly no wifi ability. Rendering my iPad worthless as I use wifi all day at work. I took the iPad to iRepair on Spr Mtn in Las Vegas. They charged $ 64.00 to take Ken’s white boarder glass off and replace the antennae. I texted a copy of the receipt to Ken and he broke off all contact. No refund. No response.
