Rude, Rude Rude. It’s never a good sign when a customer service person hangs up on you and when you call back they don’t apologize. We will not be NOT be using these guys, ever!

Used them for an office move in Philadelphia. One office, 35 crates of files– about $ 2700. Damaged chair, damaged glass desk top cover and a canvas mounted photograph. Liability? 30 cents a pound! F’ them. Use a different mover save some money and your belongings. God damn idiots!

Had my household goods move about a month ago and had this company do the job. They did a great job moving my stuff in a timely manor, without damaging anything, but when it came to taking things apart and puting them back together, that’s a different story. I move a lot since I am in the military and I understand that things break and get damaged when moving, that is just the nature of the beast but these guys don’t know how to take things apart and put them back together without damaging them. My advice is to take your stuff apart yourself and put it back together yourself so that they only have to worry about moving it.
