If I could give 0 stars I would. This location is horrible– the staff is absolutely horrible. My friend and I just left this establishment and our cashier Amber handled us with the utmost disrespect. She worked slow as a snail, rolled her eyes constantly and looked miserable. If you hate your job that much then quit. Her poor attitude not only negatively represents herself but Rite Aid as a whole.
STAY CLEAR and go to cvs down the street.

The only reason this place is getting 1 star is because I can’t rate it a 0. This Rite Aid location is the pits for many different reasons — they never have enough cashiers so the line is always long, they do not use the main registers, the employees move slower than molasses in January, the employees are miserable and completely unhelpful, and last but not least the selection of goods here is poor. I try to avoid this place at all costs and you should too!

This rite aid is located in the king of Prussia mall. I’m always in the mall and stop there often. If you shop at rite aid often sign up for the reward card or I think it’s called the «plus» card now. You can’t beat the discount seriously. Cheaper then walmart even! Earn enough «points» and you receive 20% off of everything (except cigs). Has everything you need and the staff is consistent and helpful.
