Recently ordered a funeral arrangement from Petals. I spoke to Tommy, who was delightful and asked for white and coral gladiolas. The day before the delivery Tommy called me and told me the gladiolas that came in were not up to his standard and he asked if he could switch the flowers to snapdragons and roses. Not wanting to look for another florist on short notice I said go ahead. Tommy assured me the arrangement would be beautiful. He was true to his words — the arrangement was lovely and I was very pleased. Thank you Tommy for a job well done.

Petals Florist was our florist for my daughter’s recent winter wedding. They were absolutely beautiful, fresh, and elegant! From our first consultation to the delivery at our door, it was a pleasure dealing with this florist. They really listen to what the customer wants and offers suggestions when required. Prices are reasonable and this florist couldn’t have been more helpful. We received so many compliments on the stunning centerpieces at the reception and the festive bouquets. Without a doubt, I would recommend this florist to anyone looking for a positive experience and fabulously arranged flowers! I now have a new florist to use for my floral needs in the future.

I just received flowers from Petals and they are stunning – I mean truly beautiful and fresh, but I am writing this review because of the person who called me to confirm my address and location.
The person could have just got directions and hung up, but he stayed on the line and said, «I see these flowers are because your grandmother passed away. That’s really tough. I’m so sorry. Don’t worry, sweetheart. We’re going to send you some pretty flowers and cheer you up a little. It’s going to be okay.»
I hung up the phone and cried. I mean, the sympathy was so genuine and unexpected. I don’t expect kindness from strangers these days, and I cannot tell you how appreciated it was. Please use this florist if you are thinking of sending flowers in the area. I can tell you that your recipient will be truly touched.
