BUYERBEWARE! Your experience might be rainbows and lollipops… until you try to return something. Their return/exchange policy is horrible and they treat anyone wanting to return something like trash. This company does everything within their power to keep your money once they get it in their greedy little hands. I purchased $ 560.00 of jewelry(paid cash). Decided to return it two days later only to find out you can only get a refund from the store you purchased it from. If you try to return it to another location, you get store credit only, even if you paid cash. Returned the jewelry to the original store where it was purchased(1 and ½ hours away) only to find out they wouldn’t give my cash back and I have to wait up to 10 days for them to mail me a check. They said sales reps are supposed to inform customers of the policy(which wasn’t done) and they said«well, it’s printed on the receipt»(you know… the receipt you get AFTER the purchase takes place!) Seriously! I will NEVER buy anything Pandora again or step one foot in any of their stores. It’s painfully obvious they intentionally avoid bring the restrictive return policy to the attention of potential customers.

For a special occasion, my husband will take me here and let me pick out a new charm or two. I adore pandora and the staff have always been so friendly & helpful. When I am indecisive about what I want– they take the time with me and don’t seem to rush me at all. My birthday is coming up in a few weeks, and I am hoping my hubby will surprise me here again! :)
