Lilly Pulitzer

Their AFTER PARTY SALE is a BIG LET DOWN! We followed the extensive instructions at 2:00 AM HST, signed in, filled our shopping cart and lost all 11 items due to Lilly Pulitzer technical difficulties.
Waited two hours to try to resurrect the items & customer service said she could do nothing because now after all this time trying to get someone to answer the phone, the items WERE SOLD OUT. Being in the front of the line counted for nothing. They need to make good if they want brand loyalty.

FYI– This address is NOT the actual store. Go to King of Prussia mall for that. :) This is their «Pink Palace» aka… Headquarters.
If you have never experienced a Lilly Pulitzer store, you are missing out! This is such a cheerful store with happy colors and witty prints filled with hidden animals, the word «Lilly» and the authentic Palm Beach style that Lilly Pulitzer herself started back in the 1950s. The staff is as happy as the prints. There’s women’s, children’s and infant styles. Great for gift giving or gift giving to yourself. Plus, each Lilly store is unique and hand painted by the actual print artists of the company. So, visit them all and check out the dressing rooms and the bathrooms.

Their sale section is always awesome– as they are located near the warehouse.
The associates are beyond friendly, literally every single time I have come in they have been more than welcoming. One associate searched in the back for an item until she found it. Their system said they had it, but she could not find anywhere. She saved the day when she found it!
Obviously, this designer is a little pricey, but at the right times and with the right set of eyes you can find the best deals!

I had bought a blouse at Lilly Pulitzer on Martha’s Vineyard while on vacation. When I tried it on at home it was too see– through for me. I went to the King of Prussia store to return it, they would not let me. They said the MA store was a signature store and not associated with Lilly Pulitzer, and it had a 7 day return for store credit only policy. What good, was that to me? The store had Lilly Pulitzer on the window, on the receipt, on the shopping bag and on the label. It even had the same window displays as the KOP store. Now, I must say the women working in the store at KOP were polite and only repeating what they were trained to say, but what a ridiculous policy! There was nothing to indicate that the store on MA was NOT Lilly Pulitzer,
I spent over two hours on the phone to the corporate customer service number, and then, only under duress did the store in MA agree to refund my purchase if I sent the blouse back by UPS. which was not refunded.
I will never shop at Lilly Pulitzer again. Awful customer service!

Adorable clothes and great customer service. They also run better sales than the ones I’ve found online. Go ahead and bring your S.O., he can have a seat and a beer!

I love this place! The staff are so friendly, its very organized and if you bring a guy friend– they have chairs!
I love the clothes– so colorful and preppy. And even though I go often, I’m always surprised about how frequent their turnaround of new patterns and styles is (like every 2 weeks).
For some reason, I mostly stick to skirts, shorts and tops… the dresses hardly ever fit me right. And the skirts run a size too big so even though I should be a size 6, I always have to get a size 4. The other thing is that they only have women and girls’ clothes, I so wish they had men’s clothes…
One other thing that is kind of weird is that whether you’re buying with cash or plastic, they still take down your name so they can record what you bought! Its so weird! Sometimes I come in and they say «Hey! You’re Alex! Last time you bought …» I kind of enjoy the anonymity of shopping at a department store or basically anywhere else… but then again, it does come in handy… I really do feel like this store caters to their customers.

This is one of my favorite stores– the patterns are colorful, their clothing is very well made, and they have a huge selection of casual and fancy wear. I wear their clothes all the time and I never tire of it. New patterns are constantly coming in the store.
Cashmere sweaters, scarves, dresses, and active wear abound in this happy place. Their clothes can run a bit small, so be prepared. They also have a small selection for men and boys, but I don’t know of any man who will even go near the stuff.
Their prices are ridiculously high and I NEVER buy anything here unless it’s on sale.
The staff gets a 75% discount on everything, so that tells you how marked up their prices are.
I realize that Lilly is a niche market, so move on if you must.
