The staff at this Lenscrafters store was absolutely wonderful to work with. I ordered a pair of glasses with progressive, transitional lenses, and anti-​glare coating — providing my eye doctor’s prescription at the time of order. The new glasses were ready in four days. When I picked them up and put them on, everything seemed blurry. Knowing that it often takes time to adjust to a new prescription I wore them for a few days but simply could not adjust to the new lenses. I dreaded going back to the store, expecting it to be a gigantic hassle to resolve this issue. To the contrary, my experience was totally the opposite. The staff was quite concerned that I was having difficulty with the glasses and spent a significant amount of time analyzing the problem. They ultimately suspected that the prescription which my doctor provided was not correct. Their on-​site eye doctor did an immediate examination and found that the prescription provided by my own doctor was five steps too strong for me. They remade my glasses at no extra cost to me (even though the error was clearly not their fault), and the clarity of my vision now has never been better. This is truly an exceptional business.

The staff at LensCrafters were super helpful, friendly and professional. I love the choices they had lots of great designer frames like Tory Burch, tiffany’s, DG etc.

Browsed frame selections on my own for 10 – 15 min, which was perfect because I didn’t want to feel rushed. Began grabbing a few pairs for further consideration. Marisa, a glasses frame and lens specialist came over and was immediately on the same page. She gave me space to keep looking, said to come over to the counter to try on when I had my selections and she added a few suggestions. All while being very patient, informative, and friendly, I was in and out in about 45 minutes.
Five days later I received a call my glasses are ready. (My lenses were special order) I’ll pick them up on Monday! I’m sure they’ll be perfect. I’ll update the review if needed. But I don’t expect any problems.

I was in here this past weekend to get some glasses adjusted because they were crooked. Diana (I think that was her name) was super duper helpful and really, really nice. I was in and out of there in like .2 seconds.

I orginally went to the Plaza location to shop for a pair of rx frames. But I ended up coming to this location to buy my frames. The staff here is attentive and friendly and give you there honest opinion to help you find the frame that looks best on you.
My sales rep was Diamond and she was very patient and friendly and did a great job of helping me throughout the entire process. Once I chose my glasses they were avail for pickup the next day.
I highly recommend this location.
