Great local spot, small business feel to the environment and employees. I had the western omelette with rye toast which was excellent! Will definitely be back again.

Cute, little neighborhood gem. Good breakfast and lunch food at an affordable cost. Glad my friend told me about this spot because I would have never known about it. Get the potato cakes!

Comfy atmosphere, nice staff. I don’t really wake up until noon, and appreciated that the waitress seemed to pick up on my want for a quiet breakfast. I ordered an omelette, and it was quickly served and cooked nicely. Good flavors, nicely balanced. Would def recommend this great little café.

Great food(even though my toast was BLACK) but service was terrible. Our server had a good personality but she was a bit unfocused on her job. She never once asked if i needed a refill on my water(even though i drank it all within 5 minutes of getting it) she never asked if we liked everything. the staff was all sitting around having lunch while i was waiting forever to get our servers attention. And the worst part is there were flies everywhere

First time here, & we may give them another chance down the road, but won’t return any time soon. Turkey sausage patties were the most pathetic looking, overpriced(overcooked) hockey pucks I’ve had, & were barely bigger than a half dollar…2 of these nearly inedible pucks for $ 3.50…almost as much as the rest of my breakfast. Waitress barely acknowledged us, & only refilled my coffee 1x, & only because I stopped her and asked her to. Crunched on shells in my over-easy eggs, but not until I was mostly finished & it wasn’t worth complaining. Honestly the best part of my breakfast was the darn English muffin. My daughter ordered a BLT& chocolate milk. They just give you a plastic bottle of chocolate milk which seems lazy & environmentally irresponsible. Waitress upcharged my daughter’s sandwhich by $ 2. The guy I paid on way out didn’t acknowledge us. No thank you, come again, how was everything, etc. For $ 21.35(bf tip) for 2 people for brunch, I can drive another 4 – 5 miles to neighboring towns and get quality food… which is what we usually do anyhow, & for reasons just like this place. What a disappointment.

Unassuming from the outside, I found the interior décor comfortable. For a breakfast/lunch joint the menu I thought was extensive. My wife ordered the 2−2−2 with«cheesy» eggs, she said they were as good as down south. I had the chicken cordon bleu sandwich which was quite satisfying. Our waitress April was very attentive and accommodating. Ron, the owner/cook comes around to throw«barbs» at the wait staff and to make sure we were happy with our meal. Its like having breakfast with Ralph and Alice Cramdem.

Very, very good food with a nice, cozy atmosphere and friendly staff. I really enjoy the theme of 60’s, adding on to the environment. The waiters and waitresses are very attentive and treat the customers with a great attitude, I would recommend it to anyone.

Server was less than pleasant! She walked away from our table before we were done ordering our drinks. She did that twice! The food took a long time to get out. People that came in after us received their food before us as well. Pretty frustrated with this location. I don’t recommend it.

This place has gone down hill. Management please take notice. Lunch should not take 50 minutes to prepare. Won’t be back.

I like it here. The food is good and it’s certainly got its own ambiance. It’s also very close to the Liberty Property office complex(Horizon Drive for me) so there’s no dealing with K of P traffic. If you are particularly picky or don’t like wood then you might pass.

Only have had breakfast here, but they get it right. French toast is perfectly cooked and the hash browns are homemade. A very solid place to come and get a simple well cooked breakfast. Service is good, and the wood paneling gives it a nice woodsy homey feel.

YESSS! Finally a breakfast place with creamed chipped beef to rival the immortal Chrissy Spaulding’s at the now closed Hanne’s Breakfast Nook in Havertown. *giant sigh of relief* We’ve been driving by this restaurant, across the street from a U-Pull-It car parts lot and next to a towing company, for years on our way to/from dearest child’s gymnastics practices. Finally, one morning, we said, yanno, we should stop there. So we did. And we were rewarded. This is an unassuming place, with knotty pine paneling on the walls & ceiling, Coca Cola clocks and memorabilia, gingham checked curtains and tables with benches to sit on. It is cash only(they have an ATM). It’s clean and as comfortable as sitting on wooden benches with backrests can be. The aforementioned Creamed Chipped Beef(AKA«SOS») — very good on two separate occasions, clearly homemade, savory without too much flour and no lumps. Belgian waffle ‘special’ was also very good as was french toast. Bacon was YUM. Scrapple on the flat top, Habersetts, though they cant’ seem to get ‘well done’ right — always still too mushy. Child got a hamburger cheerfully at 9AM that he said was ‘good’ but he didn’t like the bun so much. Fries also good but not spectacular. Service was good, generally attentive. They’re missing some pretty easy child staples like chocolate chip pancakes — this is very easy — and the just OK burger with a slightly stale bun. It’s hard to take that star off though because LADIESANDGENTLEMENWEHAVEFOUNDGREATCHIPPEDBEEFAGAIN. Happy dances may now commence.

Sign up for the greasy spoon! Hit up this little café that you’d have to look pretty closely to find! Menu looked pretty standard and diner-esque. Can’t go wrong with a turkey club for a quick sandwich and good service when you need it!

Tucked away restaurant that stays open for breakfast and lunch only. I sometimes hit it up on my way into work, or get delivery/pick up for lunch. Limited menu, good prices, and friendly service keep me coming back. Great place to know about if you work around Renaissance.
