For a huge mall like KOP you would expect this gap to be bigger and with more options. They always have sales going on which is great but it feels like there’s barley anything to pick from and they rarely bring new styles. I love gap but I usually leave with nothing because it’s the same clothes and shoes from the last time I was there.

As for gaps this is smaller in size. Frequently they have sales going on, but from time to time they are understaffed. Since this is the closest gap to my house I find myself here more often than not, however their selection for men is limited. Every now and then I have a hard time finding my size, and as like most stores there is no back room. I enjoy the gap brand and the products they offer as they are far from a label store. On my last trip to this gap I was treated rudely by a blond customer sales agent in her late fifties early sixties. This store tried to pull a fast one and offered minimal discounts on items to avoid that gap card members could get the full 40% off. When I brought this to her attention she tried to make me feel like am imbecile, and I politely ignored her. She obviously didn’t like younger people, and felt entitled in her position. I will continue to shop here, and would recommend any customers who visit the store to avoid that sales representative.
