The customer service at this location is fantastic! Dan is absolutely the most professional person I have dealt with! I recommend this location to anyone looking for storage!

I don’t think that this place is a scam — it’s a decent enough location and the staff is fine, but the insurance, which I don’t want or need is MANDATORY and not cheap — I have probably paid half the value of my stuff in the past year on the premiums alone. And if you’re late on a payment they whack you there too — more than 20%. Gives me incentive to the the flock out of there, which I am doing.
But anyway, 2 stars.

The people who run this place are scamsters. I rented a place for one month for my brother and told them to end the contract and clear out the unit if my brother didn’t continue the contract on his own. Two months later I got an automatic charge which I didn’t authorize. When I called them to ask why they said my brother left the lock on. The guy at the front desk said they «Couldn’t find» the lock cut form I signed when I moved my brother in. He sounded apologetic and agreed in writing via email to wipe off all of the charges, he never did… So I had the credit card company take them off. I heard nothing back until 4 months later I got a call from COLLECTIONS for 3 MONTHS worth of storage time. When I called them to ask why, they said they didn’t know why and it was out of their hands. I asked to speak with management, and the guy at the front desk refused to give me their number or transfer me. I gave them my number and they never called back.
Stay FAR FAR away from this place. They will cheat you without a second thought, especially if they know you are from out of state.

Staff is very helpful and courteous.

Very good storage facility! Good rates and the manager is very helpful!
