This place is supposed to help people right? So why is it that I am a new patient and Exton Behavioral Health has cancelled on me for the second time? I have waited 2 months for this appointment and I get a phone call today that Dr. Cantan won’t be in the office for me again. The first time he decided to take a vacation and this time he decided to start working ever other Saturday. What a joke! I’ll not be rescheduling for the 3rd time!

They treat their patient like a CHILD. In my case, they brought in an intern to perform a screening session which made me very uncomfortable. I would not recommend to anyone who needs mental health advise. You may need to pay additional fees not covered by insurance company.

Ugh. Where do I begin? If you want counseling WITHOUT a Christian perspective, this is not the place for you! It is not mentioned ANYWHERE on their website that they are fanatical born-​again Christians who refuse to counsel victims of abuse unless you see things Biblically. How is a pastor’s son and youth leader molesting a young girl biblical? Ugh! In my opinion, STAY AWAY!
