So about a month ago I had to attend two graduation parties. I headed to the mall to look for gifts, both recipients were girls. I stopped at Charlotte Russe because they have such cute stuff. I saw that they had a $ 8 for two bracelet sale going on. So I picked up two bracelets and bought them with my mom. An hour later, I stopped by Bath & Body Works and saw a MUCHBETTER sale. I picked up TWO gift lotion pack for only $ 2 and decided to return the two bracelets. Maybe I’m just sensitive, but any place that demands so many personal details when I’m returning a $ 8 purchase is suspicious and rude. My name, address, phone number, AND e-mail? What is going on? Do they suspect that I had taken the two bracelets, truly worth like 50 cents each, copied them and returned them one hour and 30 mins. later? They staff was rude and looked at me like I had shop lifted it, even though I clearly had the recipt. Since that experience, I have decided NEVER to buy anything from that store AGAIN. Not that it matters anymore, since everything in the store is shi**y to begin with. Word of advice? Take some classes on customer service. Maybe instead of making your customers feel like thieves, try to make them feel like they should return and buy things next time.

Charlotte Russe is one of my favorite stores, but the one in the King of Prussia plaza is very hit-or-miss. With the economy the way it is, the sales are often not as good. And the clearance prices are laughable(sometimes $ 3 off the original price!) They have some cute stuff, but it’s usually a tad pricey. The jewelry is cute though, and usually on sale. If you have the time, I’d suggest hitting up the Charlotte Russe in the premium outlets to score better deals.
