Caldwell Heating & Air Conditioning

Taylor recently upgraded our 30+ year old oil furnace to a lovely new 97.7% efficient natural gas furnace. We are very pleased with the work Taylor did AND the new gas furnace. It will take a few years to recoup the money spent switching to gas, but we are already happy with our first gas bill AND how well this fully modulating furnace performs.
I had several quotes done and went with Taylor’s…altho not the lowest quote, he came off as someone very proud of his company and his work. I just got a good feeling from him… and a good recommendation from a neighbor that has been using Caldwell H\AC for years.
Taylor not only did a great job on the upgrade, but also explained a lot about the new heating system to me, showed me what maintenance I need to perform… AND offered to help me fill out the PECO rebate forms for switching to a high efficiency gas furnace…
Taylor kept me in the loop with progress, kept the house clean, dealt with my barking dog, and got everything done on schedule! We are very happy we went with Taylor and will be using his service for our HVAC needs on the Main Line!
Big round of applause to Taylor’s wife… Who actually went to the township building to get the permit needed to start the work. That’s good teamwork!
