We had Bob’s quality heating come to our house for a tuneup on our AC and furnace. We also needed help with our new smart thermostat. Even though we did not buy the thermostat from Bob’s, the knowledgeable technician happily answered all of our questions. He was super friendly and definitely made the experience a pleasurable one.
