I have been going here for years now! I live in Northern Virginia and travel down to see my dad to get my hair done. I love this place and all the women are so talented. I have never once been disappointed with a hair cut or color! It is also such a warm small town friendly atmosphere.

Since I moved here 15 yrs ago this the best beauty shop I’ve found. They are very versatile, trendy, and traditional. They have great haircair products — if you inquire. I’ve had trims, cuts, highlights, color, lowlights, updos, and pedicures there and have been incredibly happy about the quality, price, and customer service provided. Everyone there is nice. Must go!

I went to Heads Up on a recommendation from the owner of the Hope & Glory. I got married there and needed someone to help me with my updo. I went to Lauren and we did a trial run. She’s kind and detail oriented and took all the time she needed to get it right. She and Sissy ended up doing my hair and my maid of honor’s on the wedding day — they couldn’t have done a better job! i’m used to paying Richmond prices so I was thrilled at how inexpensive it all was. Will definitely go back again. My only suggestion is that they need to update the salon — a lot of things looked like they were in desperate need of repair.
