Willowsprings Cleaners

This establishment recently underwent a change in owners, which was much needed. Previously, even though I lived so close I went out of my way to go to another place, due to the general unkempt nature. The place stunk, plain and simple.
I recently went back because of the new management sign, and it is more than just a gimmick. The place is spotless. That smell that was there? Gone. The lady who was working there was fantastic– took my information, was friendly, and the price was great.
The new system they have of texting you when your order is ready was phenomenal– no more guessing if it is done, driving to the store, only to be told your order is not ready. One text, and you know for a fact it’s ready.
Overall, I highly recommend this establishment for your dry cleaning and alteration needs.

Dropped off an expensive Army uniform (ASU’s) with SFC rank sewn on. The cleaners tried to give me back a uniform with PFC rank. They said they could take that rank on and put my stuff on if I just take it. The jacket was too small for me and not even in good condition. I told the store owner that I would like my jacket and they basically told me good luck with that. Cops were called and their is a case number: K1443261. They are not good to do business with. Went there on another time to have stuff sewn on ACU’s and the stuff started coming off after about a week.
Military beware and stay away!
