This facility only received one star because I can’t give them zero. The general manager is completely incompetent, and knowingly rips off customers. The two other employees were helpful, and also questioned the wrong charges he forced the lady I was dealing with to add to my purchase. I purchased two propane tanks new, and then he charges me an additional $ 30 to fill them. The lady who questioned him even stated that she had never heard of charging to fill a brand new tank before. Then she wasn’t sure how much to charge me, so the guy filling the tanks made up a number

Terrible service! Understaffed, and rude. If they are busy they forward all calls to the 800 Uhaul num, and they are busy most of the time so its hard to talk to someone at all!
