Stephen Brandt, DDS – Killeen Pediatric Dentistry

I took my 4 year old to this dental office for the first time today. From the outside, it just looks plain. Not what you would expect a dental office to look like, but the inside was very nice. The waiting room is small compared to what I’m use to, and I can see it being overcrowded when they get busy. I hear they are busiest after lunch, but our appointment was in the morning. I wish they had more toys and things to keep the kids busy while they wait, but there wouldn’t be any room for that in the waiting room anyways. Lol. Besides that (which definitely doesn’t give this place any less than 5 stars) we had an awesome visit! My child had a bad experience with her last visit to the dentist (at another location), and was hesitant to go. Meghan and Heather took very good care of her. From the beginning, Meghan made her feel at ease. She showed and explained everything that she was going to do before she did it. Heather gave her gloves and a mask to wear, so she could play «dentist» with the stuffed monkey who had teeth. Adorable! She also got to color while she was waiting for her turn with the dentist. By the way, Mr Brandt (the dentist) is awesome too! At the end of her checkup, she got to take a balloon and miscellaneous prizes home with her. She was very happy at the end of the visit, and even said she wants to go back. That is a plus, and we will definitely be returning for regular visits!:)

Really impressed this far. The dentist has been practicing for 40 years. The techs and assistance were really friendly and professional.

Very kid friendly, clean in the inside. Been taking the kids there for a few years. They do great with them and I will continue to use them once I’m out of the Army.

Nice place for kids! Treated my son very nice. Look average on the outside but inside is very nice. So far a good pick. Very nice on how they handle kids. Will come back.
