I rented out a unit for storage(which took way longer than it should have) and when I got to the unit, after office hours, the unit I was assigned already had a lock on it! After multiple failed attempts at getting ahold of someone and multiple unanswered voicemails, I gave up and left. I had movers that I was paying by the hour and now I have to pay them again and pay additional fees to keep this moving truck longer because it’s sitting outside my house still full of all my stuff. I will absolutely be getting a refund and taking my business elsewhere in the morning. I will not pay for the trash this place calls customer service. I would hate to see what would happen if there was an actual emergency here after hours. That’s what I get for going with the cheaper option. GARBAGE!

I want to post an update to my review because after my last review the director of marketing contacted me and wanted to apologize for my experience and do whatever he could to make things right. It turned out that the review I left was in reference to a different location under different management. He still offered to give me a refund and offered to personally handle any future storage needs I might have. That is going way above and beyond the call of duty. This is the kind of customer service you hope to experience whenever you do business with a reputable company. I am beyond satisfied and will be very vocal about recommending this company’s service to everyone I know. When you put your money out there and do business with companies you don’t know much about, you run the risk of getting taken advantage of. It’s a gamble sometimes, and you usually don’t know the ethics of a company until it’s too late. It really gives me hope when I come across a responsible corporation that treats their customers with respect and fairness. A company is only as good as it’s last customers experience, and although I went through some unpleasantness, everything was made right and I would give them my business anytime.

A lil bit pricy I think but every unit does have an alarm & the manager lives on site which does stop ALOT of buglary but it’s my 1st time using them had issues with big red barn last time so giving these guys a shot.
