Little Caesars Pizza

Came here some time ago to pick up some pizza for a weekend night with the family. Our order was received quickly and my husband said that the associates were nice. We ordered two peperoni deep dish styled pizzas, one of them had a bacon crust which I thought was a creative idea. Unfortunately some of the bacon bit toppings were slightly over cooked resulting in a mild bitter flavor and the pizza itself could have went slightly further on seasonings. However, I will say that the crust consistency is damn good! It has that perfect exterior crispness /​tenderness ratio and it leaves your fingers nice and oily. I found that adding additional toppings at home really added to the favor experience which went well with that awesome crust.

Bought a GEM card from the Copperas Cove football team to be used from places in Cove all the way to Belton and inside it has a coupon for free crazy bread with the purchase of any large pizza. So we go in at this location (since it’s closer to my new house) and I go to use it like I have everywhere else in the locations that the card has given and the girl at the register didn’t know how to use it so she goes to a girl in the back who’s name I couldn’t read but she was light skin and pitch black hair in a messy bun style so they are talking then the girl in the back grabs a sharpie to X out the GEM card so I stop her and explain its a year round card with an experation date for August of this year. It’s not a one time use it costs 20 $ to buy so you can use it all year. Then the attitude came «well in that case you can’t use it since I’ve never seen it» okay well it states where it can be used and this location counts is what I’m thinking. So I didn’t wanna argue over 3 $ bread because I have been in the food industry for years and have learned to ignore ignorance so the girl at the register was confused and asked so what do I do? The rude lady from the back screams «just give the bread to them» I was shocked. As we left she started ranting and yelling. Such ugly customer service shame on her! She could’ve nicely said I’m not sure if it’s allowed I would have to check and I would’ve understood and simply paid for the bread. Killeen needs to hire people with better home training and better customer service that’s for sure! I’ll take the drive to the location on S Ft Hood street from here on out!

Not the best pizza but it’s a reliable dinner when I’m running short on time. They always have hot-​n-​readys.

I will NEVER go to this place again! I called ahead of time and asked if they would accept a debit card over the phone. I was told YES! I got there and then was informed no that I couldn’t. The manager was also very rude! Please tell me how this place has good reviews when clearly they don’t take care of people. I had 30 very pissed off soldiers that I was taking food to when I told them what happened. And they claimed security reasons. The kicker… THEY DIDNT ASK FOR MY ID WHEN THEY RAN MY CARD. Get your «security» straight.
Update:
Just received a phone call from some one. Kept saying sorry and that it’s not company policy. And that they now made a sign stating it and that they informed all the employees… I don’t care about that. I care about the fact that I was told something and it was not honored. And then even after I told them it was for 30 soldiers that are hungry after eating MREs for 3 days and there morale was low. My mom was trying to give these guys a boost to finish their last few days. And then the best part. She offered me a pizza… A pizza??? Really??? I will NEVER go to this store again. You do not treat our military like this. Clearly I will find other places who do care!

This place always has fresh pizza when I go. Extra cheesy and they don’t shy away from the sauce either.

The wife and I got food poisoning today from a pepperoni hot and ready bought at 1200 ish. I honestly don’t know why we keep torturing out bodies with this crap food. Today was out of desperation to get lunch for the kiddos and eat with them at school. Actually now that I think about it, that’s pretty much the only reason we eat there… Currently puking and crapping myself into a coma. Thank you Little Caesars for once again serving sub par pizza with a side of the screamins. If the chick that served me had a dick I would punch her in it!

This Little Caesars is located with a chain of other businesses, so it’s a great location to get a pizza. They have pizza, wings, crazy bread, cheese bread and soda-​sounds good to me!

Pizza is ways good from here, staff is good depending on who you get
