I want to make sure everybody knows of the horrible un reasonable customer service this company has, at least the owner. I had an appointment scheduled and that day it ended up the weather was not going to be good for a detail. Then instead of them calling at least the day before knowing the weather would not cooperate they call the morning of and tell me that it would be a week before they could do it next and was not considerate enough to fit me in on the next available day as a courtesy of their neglect and lack of customer service. The worst part was when I called to find out why I was treated the way I was and was not as a courtesy put as the next job to do the owner said he did not want to argue and he told me that he has plenty of customers and he did not need my business. I highly recommend if you don’t want to be treated as a second-class customer to find another company for the services that this company provides because obviously customer service doesn’t seem to matter to the owner.
