I absolutely hate anything that has to do with dental work. I needed to have my wisdom teeth removed and was absolutely dreading it. Everyone that I dealt with in this office was completely professional and made me feel comfortable. It didn’t take anytime at all for them to perform the procedure and my recovery (it’s only day two) has been very, very easy, with minimal swelling and no pain.
I would suggest Dr. Campbell to anyone needing oral surgery.
He even called me the evening after my appointment to check on how I was doing, really made it seem like he cared.

I had the teeth holding a bridge finally give up after 40+ years. I went to see Dr. Campbell at Killeen Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery for dental implants. The process went smoothly and I now have my implants and temporary «teeth». The whole process went well and the appointments were efficiently handled.
The only complaint I have is after my last appointment I was told they would send the mold to my regular dentist so he could complete the process. Turns out that was not the case. I ended up having to drive back over to pick up the molds. Not an easy task with the construction on 190 on a rainy day. Had I known they weren’t going to send I could have taken on my last visit. Was not a happy camper today.

Everyone in the office was friendly and helpful. Dr. Cambell is excellent! He made me feel comfortable and relaxed. I also got to watch my favorite show in the dentist chair while he did my teeth! I barely knew he was there. On another visit to the office, after surgery, I was pain free and very satisfied. I highly recommend!
