H&M Nails Spa

I came here because I wanted a manicure and pedicure. I had solar nails on that were maybe 5 days old from a previous salon I used. I wanted those off and a new set because several nails broke off and others had been chipped Instead of being assisted, they insisted I go back to the original salon. Although that would be more than obvious, why the hell would I go back and allow them to get more money? The guy here also suggested I just repair the broken nails instead of an entire new set because «it’s cheaper». I didn’t ask for a price quote, neither did I ask for cheaper. I left and gave that $ 90 To A Person AND Business That Assisted me.

I’ve been to many nail salons in the Fort Hood area, and they are by far the best. Everything is sanitized and opened in front of you. Their customer service is above many others in the area… and it’s important to mention again how CLEAN they are. My gel manicure looks amazing and they guaranteed their work for two weeks.

Just experienced some good old fashion customer service from a nail salon and I didn’t even have an appointment. The nail salon that I normally frequent decided that opening on time was not a priority today, so I took to my Unilocal app and found one that was in route on my way home and I have to say from walking through the door until I left their customer service was unexpected in this fast pace world we live in! I was treated as though I had an appointment, Hannah who I believe is the owner had no problem answering questions about the services offered. Although they have flat screens in the salon they are used for posting the rules and services of the salon all the while sending positive messages… even the music was tranquil… not some local station blaring obscenities. If you are looking for a little gem of a salon in this area I would highly recommend H&M. You may also find the no kids unless receiving a service allowed an extra bonus!

This place is awesome. They’re very professional and take their time! They also make you feel very welcome. This is definitely going to be my go to.

I really wanted this salon to be my new go to place, it is very clean and the entire staff is well educated on salon sanitation standards. The staff is also very friendly and accommodating. I scheduled an appointment and came in later that day for a pedi and acrylic fill. My pedicure was great and my toes looked perfect.
Unfortunately, I was less than pleased with my fill… Especially after I broke a nail (that day) shortly after the service. I’ve had acrylics for a long time and I get it… They break. But day by day my nails continued to chip and lift. Less than a week later and they looked like I had gone 5 weeks between appointments. No bueno.
So, will I return? Maybe… for a pedicure.

As a new resident of Killeen, Tx, I was looking for quality relaxation and professional work. I did not receive that at all. I have to say, getting my nails and feet done is how I relax. This salon advertises massage chairs and services that they do not offer or have. Also the services take longer than they need to due to the extra long wait, which is because of a lack of employees.
Advice: If you want to relax and get your nails and feet done, I will NOT recommend this salon.
Services were complete, but relaxation is not an important factor in this salon.
I’ll keep looking.

Pedi and mani was excellent! Must book ahead for appt, however well worth it! They take their time on your services.

Brandi did my manicure and pedicure. I got gel polish on my hands and regular polish on my feet. This was my first visit and decided to visit solely based on Unilocal reviews. When I walked in the receptionist was very friendly and welcoming. There was no opening for a walk in but she scheduled me for a 4:00 appointment. This wasn’t too bad of a wait so I was okay with it. Upon entry, the place set up in three sections. Very small/​quaint. Small seating area then a small area for manicures and on the other side of a partitioned wall is a space that opens up where suede chairs are positioned in a semi circle along the walls. The pedicure bowls are portable and vibrates. There are no massage chairs that are often seen at nail salons but the chairs are comfy. Brandi was very knowledgable as I asked all kinds of questions mainly because my nails were damaged by the place I went to last which was very disappointing. This place is small but very busy during the two hours I was there. Men, women and children were all clients I saw getting some type of service. There are screens with their discounts, frequent customer rewards, positive quotes (which I loved), also charity information which appears to be representative of the ownership’s religious beliefs because there were a few uplifting Bible scriptures reflected on the slide show. For a gel manicure and «regular» pedicure my total was $ 65.00 which is around the price I’m use to paying. They are very sanitary conscience here = great. They also have «go green» things like providing you with the supplies used to do manicures and pedicures for reuse if you’d like. Also, there is a an option to purchase metal tools used as well. When I checked out, a guy (receipt says DVO) discussed with me the objective of the salon and their reward program, booking online options and some of the ideas and concepts implemented within the salon taken from some of the top nail salons in California. I asked him if he was part of the ownership and he concurred. The prices are reasonable to me as they have from basic services to more in depth. The atmosphere is cozy but today was noisy from the customers talking loudly but what can I say. The music was at a good level. Mostly country which is okay but many of there was softer instrumental music some customers/​clients might whisper or lower their tone as it should be in a «spa-​like» atmosphere but that’s just for someone who may have wanted to be in quietness. Lastly, parking is good, location is easy to find, prices are clearly posted with no surprises, there are an abundant number of colors to choose from, frequent visitor discount and referral discounts with discounts for online booking. What didn’t I like? Well it’s a small place, they use portable lights rather than those attached to the nail tables (works the same just uncomfortable). I’m not the tallest person so during the pedicure the portable bowl thing kept rolling which was uncomfortable. Did not get a massage after my manicure but I usually tell them not to anyway but I’d prefer having to say don’t rather than not having a service I’m paying for not be done or asked if I wanted. Overall, great experience. I plan to return.

I have been to several different nail salons in Killeen that have been average. H&M Nails exceeds the average! The greeter upon arriving is nice & welcoming. She also explained different services offered I wasn’t aware of. Very satisfied with my nails done by Brandi. Water or Wine is offered too. Comfortable environment. Brandi did an amazing job & I definitely enjoyed my mani & pedi. Highly recommend! Booking online is also available.

I highly recommend this nail salon! My experience was great.
My nail tech was Brandi and she did a great job on my nails. Everyone is super nice and happy to see you, they take they’re time on you overall great salon can’t wait to go in again.

So happy to finally found a NICE and CLEAN nail salon! The receptionist is super nice and really explained the difference between the nail services they provided. Overall the staff are very friendly and welcoming.
I didn’t make an appointment — I was a walk in. I chose do to a Gel Shellac Manicure and it was $ 32 and it was one of my best manicures that I ever received. Christine did an amazing job and she took her time with me. I didn’t feel rushed at all. I am so very happy with the outcome. Will definitely be coming back to Christine!
They have a nice selection of OPI and China Glaze polishes! The prices are reasonable too! COME HERE! You won’t be disappointed!
Update — Been back a total of four times now and Danny was the guy who did my nails! So friendly and cheerful and very nice to have a conversation with! Danny does a fantastic job with my nails. I’m very happy! So Danny and Christine has my approval stamp! *_*
