I took my 3 year old here for the first time a couple of days ago. I read not so good reviews online about this place beforehand(although most of them weren’t recent), and decided I needed to write and updated one. No complaints here! The staff was friendly, and I immediately noticed how clean the place was as soon as we walked in the door. It was my first time using the card system instead of the tokens. I found it way easier and convenient! All the games were in working order. We never had an issue with a game not working, or spitting out tickets. This place was bigger, than others we have been to. I thought that was great! You have room for kids to run around, and you don’t feel like you are on top of each other while playing the games. The pizza was good… just a little greasy. Didn’t eat the salad bar, although it looked perfectly fine to me. All in all, we had a great experience here! I would definitely return! Would’ve given it 5 stars, but I wish they had more of the little kid games to play. Can’t have it all though!

This place is pretty decent. I had my daughter’s birthday here and boy oh boy was I upset. Her party was to start at 4pm. We got there early so we can get everything ready. Well they didn’t have our table ready which was understandable. What got me upset was a family next to us had a party at a later time and their table was ready. They were seated promptly. We had to wait 10 minutes for our table. The other issue was the young little girl that was suppose to help out with the party. She was so into talking to her co-workers that she barely had time to do anything our stuff. She was never around to help. I seriously dislike this place because of the lack of space. I believe chuck e cheese should have looked at demographics before making this small place. It horribly over crowded and during the party there was hardly space to walk. Being that this is like the family orientated place to go to I had no choice but to have her party there.

Funny, I am one year shy of turning 40 and am proud to give this place a rave review! :) As a child I remember CEC being this huge dark amusement play land in California. I wanted to play Skee-Ball back then and I did as soon as I walked in the door today! The Killeen establishment was very clean and well lit. I was looking for the singing/dancing wall characters and managed to see Chuck singing under the lights on stage. Why I felt like a kid again right along there with my hubby and 4.5 year old step-daughter, I will never know, but it was darn tooting fun! My hubby and I had a basketball shoot off and we got on the motion rides with our little girl. We liked that upon entry that there was a hand sanitizer station and a doorman present to stamp our hands for security purposes. Upon our exit, he scanned all of our wrists to make sure we had the correct child when exiting. The food was typical ‘carnie’ food. Fried tidbits, pizza and soft drinks. There was an all you can eat salad bar, so I took advantage of that. Cool they showed the calories of each meal on the menu boards, not fat content of course. The games we a token a piece and were quite fun! A nice find for kids and the young at heart!
