Buffalo Wild Wings

I’m a HUGE fan of the BWW franchise, but I have to say that although I haven’t had a terrible experience here, I’ve had a couple of mishaps. First time I went, wait time was like 30 mins (place was so busy, so understandable) and I ordered a draft beer which was lukewarm to say the least. At the same time my waitress came to check on the table maybe twice our whole time there, even when we had a empty glasses on the table. No issues with the food, which is great. Last time I went, sat at the bar and the bartender was super friendly, attentive and even offered me to try the new sauce that they have.

The wings were some of the best I’ve had from any Buffalo Wild Wings. Our service was great as well. So why only the three stars? We were given a sample of fries to try with their new Mumbai Masala sauce (very tasty for anyone who enjoys Indian food). To be clear we did not ask for the sample, but our waitress brought it to us anyway. We didn’t think anything of it until we got the check. She charged us for «sample fries» even though we did not ask for the sample. It was only $ 0.79, but that’s not the point. The point is you don’t charge people for something they didn’t ask for. We didn’t fight about it since we were on our way out of town and were in a time crunch (and, again, it was only $ 0.79), but do yourselves a favor and always check your receipts.

This probably one of the worst restaurants in the area let alone the worst BWW in the entire franchise bearing the name Buffalo Wild Wings. The service is subpar and the manager feels she is god’s gift to the chicken wings… totally not, wannabe soup nazi, no chicken for you… but I digress. The Wait times, every time we have gone (3 times), have been excruciating to say the least. The chicken most underseasoned, some undercooked, and all completely underwhelming. Mediocre selection of drafts, imports, ipa, he’ll beer period… especially for a bww… avoid if at possible… go across the highway to Logans or Carolina Ale House… you’ll get betterservice, better drinks, and better food but more importantly better WINGS!!!

The wings are good! My favorite are the mango habanero. Yumm! But don’t order the new buffalo chicken burger. It sucked! First time the waiter didn’t bring me the right burger and when she did the chicken tenders on the burger were naked not on buffalo sauce like it’s advertised on the menu. So I had to ask for a side of buffalo. The meat patty was really thin and it was falling apart. It was just bad. Just don’t order it lol giving it 3 stars because I like the wings.

If I could rate them any lower, I would have.
I went there a Saturday night around 10, and the place was really empty. I waited at the entrance for like 6 – 7 minutes to have a hostess get us a table. Finally I went in and asked a waitress to get us a table. After we sat down it took them literally 35 minutes to get us our food. Again, it wasn’t busy at all.
They got my order wrong, and put hot sauce in my friends order rather than mild, what we actually ordered.
I was so hungry that I started eating my wings, they were cold and were not in mixed thoroughly with the sauce. I was so hungry that I ate 2 wings then told the waitress that it’s really crappy. She took those wings off my bill, and I came home hungry.
I will never go back there again.
I really hope the management reads my review and do something about it.

I have to update my review based on the average of my visits. I can’t give such a high ratings to a restaurant whose quality is so hit or miss. Anything on the menu should be high quality and sadly that’s not the case here.
One out of every two times, my salads are wilted and not fresh. It’s lettuce. Can you please step up your game? They also forget what comes on the $ 10 salad I order so I have to ask specifically for those items. Not cool.
I’m done. Can’t waste any more money or lunch time on this place.

We have tried this place twice and have been seriously disappointed both times. The only reason it gets the second star is because it has the TVs and wings you expect from any Buffalo Wild Wings. Both times, our service has been poor. Most recently, our order got screwed up resulting in the wrong food order being delivered twice. Our server was inattentive and became a bit rude after we decided to cancel our food order after they got it wrong the second time Considering the options available, you can get the exact same food/​drinks/​sports-​viewing with better service from multiple bars across the highway.

To say it’s in a military town it wouldn’t fit a whole company in it. Strike one. I waited for 35 minutes for 6 wings. The only reason why it got 2 stars is because they had michelob at a reasonable price.

It’s been over an hour since we got here. Had to wait to be seated and not even half the restaurant was occupied. Haven’t seen our waitress walking around at all. Still no refills on our drinks. Floors are dirty and there are bugs flying around our table.

Take it for what it is, a sports bar. I’m not searching for strict steps of service, clean carpets, or even décor really. What I care about is beer, wings, and TVs. BDUBS has all three. There’s plenty of beer on tap and by the bottle. The wings I never get tired of, there’s usually a new flavor going around to try. And anywhere you sit there’s a tv within view.
This particular BDUBS has improved since I started coming here in January. It used to be that their lemon pepper seasoning was consistently abused and sometimes the wings wouldn’t be hot and fresh. I can gladly say that this hasn’t been a problem recently.
We come here for late nights after work and for basketball game recaps so we’re always sitting at the bar. Both female bartenders (sorry, forgot their names) have been friendly even though we are coming in near closing time. I appreciate not being rushed or feeling like a burden. Picking up food is pretty fast during night and day usually 10 min or 15 max. Alex who answered the phone and took my take out order was very friendly, it makes a difference when you’re having a bad day.

Waitress was averagely friendly. Nothing too spontaneous about her. My husband absolutely loved the wings while I thought they were a disappointment. I loved the atmosphere along with the garlic fried mushrooms. It’s the only place around Killeen I can find amazing fried mushrooms.

BDUBS is by far on of my favorite place to eat no matter what city what state they always serve quality food that’s always on point and taste great and looks great my favorites are the wings and the variety of sauces that go with it this is a place I love to come to eat at.

Wings were good. Waiter was very friendly and I thought the service was great. However, we ordered the veggie sampler as an appetizer and when they put it on the table all of a sudden there were flying insects. Small like gnats. Kinda gross. Also they should serve the dressing in small individual bowls. Veggies really have to be dipped more than once. Oh and the buffalo chips were under cooked. Wet and mushy.

So this is my first time at a BWW. Let me start by saying, I went on a night where it was full house. Obviously a place people enjoy going to. My server Anthony was extremely nice & he came to check up on my table often so I never really had to lift my hand up for my beverage refills. The person greeting at the front was also very nice & I had my table in less than 5 minutes. They have a full bar. Casual atmosphere. Football games, basketball games & hockey played on the TV screens surrounding the restaurant. The menu has a decent amount of options. My Husband ordered a large order of wings, Honey BBQ sauce & I ordered a Make Your Own Burger ordeal. Food was good. Not something I’d eat everyday. But here & there for little random dates with the hubby or the girls sure. Overall a good experience & good display of customer service. I’d come back. & if you’re not a fan of wings, there’s a Chili’s, Olive Garden. For the non believers of wings.

The service was great. I went there for Military Monday and received 15% off which was awesome! Only reason I didn’t give it five stars is because it took awoke for food to come out and they didn’t put the bbq sauce all over the wings.

I came here on Thursday evening of this week and I did not get recognized as a customer at all. I will explain:
Came to this restaurant to eat some wings, it had been a while since I was here last and now I don’t think I will be coming back for a while or at all. I walked in the front door, there was no hostess and the staff members at the counter to my right didn’t even acknowledge me. I stood waiting for a little bit before I finally just said, «Forget it!» and left.

Walked 30 minutes from the hotel to watch NFL playoff football. Got here at 11:20am and the bar tender said she can’t serve us our good until noon because it was a Texas thing. Didn’t mind just as long as she would serve us our beers till then.
The wings tasted great just like the BWW in Cali. What intrigued me was the size of this particular one. This BWW was super Tiny. It was half the size of the BWW in Chula Vista, CA, my go to BWW back home.
The bartender was awesome, she checked up on my buddy and me constantly and made sure we didn’t get thirsty, ha. When other friends stopped by and got a table, my buddy and I moved to the table too. Our waitress was a lil bit disorganized and I guess she passed our table to another waitress. The service was okay. I’m not used to a big time name like BWW to have small time service.

Not the worst place I have been in Killeen, but definitely more of the same poor quality food, and service that I have seen around town.
I have been to this location three times. Every time, something about my order was wrong. I ordered the same wings every time and they always tasted different. There is no consistency. Drink prices are a little on the high side, and mixed drinks are very weak. If you like beer, there are some days that have decent specials, but don’t expect anything good on the weekends.
The place has potential and I have been to some good BWW’s that I enjoyed, but this is a military town and service and quality always suffer when you don’t have to bank on regular clientele.

My wings were amazing like usual. My husband wanted to shake it up and get a burger which was far from amazing. Thin patty that was over cooked; it tasted like it was from a local fast food joint. The wait staff needs improvement. Had to wait well over 15minutes for out check after asking for it. Manager is no where to be seen either. If I ever eat here again I will definitely just order for take out.
