BKCW Insurance

Barely a 1-​star!
BKCW took over Greater Texas Insurance (GTI) in Austin.
I was a client of GTI for over 20 years. We had our home, boat, and cars insured through them for OVER 20 YEARS!
Once a few items changed regarding our family dynamic, etc., the people at BKCW could no longer help me. My husband and I had moved to CA while our adult children stayed in Austin. BKCW could NOT help us in any way.
I called an agent at State Farm (with whom I had never spoken), and they helped me tremendously. They absolutely went the extra mile. They found us coverage in CA, found coverage for our boys in TX, and we are now enjoying a savings of 68%!!
I confronted my contact at BKCW and told her that a complete stranger (State Farm Ins Agent) helped us with our situation, while BKCW could do nothing; there hands were tied. I was told that they had recently been taken over by BKCW and that they now had to follow strict guidelines. I told her that I didn’t think that BKCW would be in business much longer because their strict guidelines and policies to NOT HELP their clients is ridiculous!
