Finish Line Car Wash

I didn’t have very many issues with this car wash. The wash quality was fine, and I would prefer this location over any gas station car wash any day.
I didn’t quite understand why the employees would want me to pull my car into the car wash without paying for the job first. I tell the employee «hold on, hold on», yet he is vigorously waving his arms for me to pull up. I just shook my head. Nonetheless, I paid my $ 5 and proceeded to enjoy the soap suds cascading down my window from the machine. And plus, both employees scrubbed the bugs from my bumper.
Other than the weird employee waving me through prior to my paying first, I felt that this is an okay place to stop at when in Kilgore.

We. Just got our car washed here. I was a little afraid after reading that one review but when we got there I noticed that there are two types of car wash. We went to the left side that has no brushes only water action. Our car was not damaged and it did a fine job of washing our vehicle. I would just suggest that if you have a large car choose the side with no brushes

Brought my vehicle in for a simple wash. The drive through snapped off a side mirror, my antenna and twisted my hood ornament. When I stopped at the end of the tunnel to talk with the employees they refused to acknowledge responsibility, cussed me out then walked away. I went down to the office to see about getting assistance there and was not helped. I eventually had to call the police for help. When I did finally talk with the owner he just started trying to argue with me and basically called me a liar to the point that I had to just hang up on him. This happened 4−11−14 which is when I am writing this review. Talking to my lawyer I will have to pursue compensation in small claims court which I am sure will be just as much of a hassle. They didn’t even offer a refund on the wash! I would give this business zero stars if I could and am baffled as to how the owner, with his substandard level of customer care could manage to keep people coming back. Don’t take the chance on your vehicle being damaged here or having to deal with any of the horrible people who are employed by this shady business owner.
