So, I saw the reviews, ratings, and photos to this place and thought I must go check it out! I mean the drinks are good but I thought they were too sweet for my taste. Overall, the drinks and customer service was decent. If I were in town again, I wouldn’t go out of my way to go to this place. If I do go, I’d ask for less sugar.

A great place if you want satisfy your quench with some tasty drinks. You should come to this place when you’re not in a rush because the drinks and bowls take some time to make(15 – 20 minutes). I came in with the intentions of getting an acai bowl. I chose the pitaya bowl, and it didn’t disappoint. I just wish it was less watery. But it was still super tasty. I also got the frozen lemonade Lava Flow, and that was good as well. Drinks come in cute jars, but I settled for regular cup. My dad got the pitaya smoothie(tasted more on banana side), which ended up to be my favorite. I ended up hogging all of his drink! The design of the interior is super cute, but there’s not that much seating. The service was okay, but the lemonade and bowl made up for it.

Loved their Acai bowl! I can’t remember the name of it, but it was the most«basic» one. I love acas bowls and was super excited to find a pace close by to where we were staying. The ingredients were super fresh and really flavorful and the bee pollen added a really unique flavor. This wasn’t my first acai bowl but it was my first in Hawaii and I can’t wait to get it again!

I bookmarked this place prior to visiting Maui. This place is located in a shopping plaza. There are some tables for seating outside and inside the store. It is a cute place to get some lemonade on a hot day. They have variety and seasonal flavors. The mason jars are a MUST. They also offer stamp card if you bring your mason jar back for a refill.

$ 10 reusable mason jar glass of lemonade +$ 5 reusable plastic lid made the best reusable souvenir I bought in Maui! Very happy with my purchase. As for the lemonade that came with it, the lava flow was a little too creamy but we were able to utilize their amazing satisfaction guaranteed policy and got the Alii blackberry lavender. Though the edible lavender bits got in the way from slurping down the drink, the drink was the perfect complement to our 45 minute drive to Lahaina.

Its a cute little joint in kehi. I wanted to try the lilkoi lemonade but it was out of season so I did the pineapple. Hubby did the guava and they were both good. Service was okay, I deducted a point because I’m a stickler when it comes to servers acknowledging customers within the first 10 seconds. Many of the servers saw us and didn’t say one of the polite«we’ll be right with you» while she finished up some things. She looked up at us and sort of just ignored us. Otherwise it’s delicious lemonade for a hot day.

Really delicious acai bowl. I got the Haupia Ono Bowl, and it was out of this world. The fruits were really fresh and the granola bars underneath were chewy and decadent. I was already very full from eating a lot at Mama’s Fish House before coming here, but this acai bowl was so good that I just had to eat the whole 24oz. Very healthy dessert or it could actually count as a good breakfast. If you are in Kihei, give this place a try.

Let’s be cereal. The drinks are awesome, but that adorable jar is what completes it and gives it the WOW factor. Pros: Well-designed mason jars Delicious blends of fruit drinks Cons: Jars so cute, I forget I’m paying $ 10 for a drink. Drinks are a bit too sweet! Strawberry lilikoi — NOTINSEASON! So sad!!! Recommendations: Lava Flow(and I don’t even like coconut) Strawberry Pitaya I usually drink water and green tea. I might throw in a Caribbean Passion from Jamba Juice every now and then. The drinks here are colorful and cute in the large mason jars. They’re refreshing under the hot Maui sun, but they’re a bit too sweet. I’m not sure if they add sugar, but if they do, less sugar please! Didn’t get to try their acai bowls, which means… NEXTTIME!

Going to WOWWOWHAWAIIANLEMONADE was the best decision I’ve made since I joined Unilocal!;)(Give me credit for pandering to the site!) First of all, I love that they use local ingredients and make a concentrated effort to design flavor combinations and products around what they can source from Hawaii farmers. I was amazed at how much produce is grown on Maui! Appearance: The store is super trendy. There are chalkboard menus, adorable curly script fonts, distressed wood shelves, mason jars, striped straws and an iPad cash register. Literally every part of the store is an Instagram trap, but the basic millennial in me digs it. Flavors: Did WWHL read my mind and create my flavor combinations… because I love everything on the lemonade menu! My favorite is the Makai Watermelon Basil – it’s so refreshing! The Lavender Blackberry is subtly lavender-y, and the seeds are slightly annoying, but I enjoyed it. The LiHing Strawberry is a good hit of lihing flavor without the mouth-puckering tartness, and the frozen version is even better. One flavor I wish I tried is the Pina Colada. Next time! What I recommend is purchasing the«aloha» mason jar, drinking one liquid lemonade in the store and refilling the jar with frozen lemonade. The more friends you have, the more flavors you can try, so bring da gang. Service: Everyone is so friendly. The lemonade is made-to-order, which means a little patience is required, but it’s totally worth it in the end! I admit it’s fascinating to watch the lemonade-istas craft each drink from scratch. Price: I would say that it seems pricey(two lemonades + two 32 oz mason jars = $ 26.24!), but subsequent orders become more reasonable(two refills = $ 13.18). Using the jar over and over again saves you cents that add up in the long run, so if you live on Maui or Oahu and plan to drink more ‘nade, definitely get the jars. Alsooo, ask for a refill card – 10 refills and you get one for free! If you’re trying to find«must-try» places on Maui, please include WWHL! You won’t regret it. I totally plan on reusing my mason jar on Oahu for more refills. Oh and don’t forget to take the quintessential lemonade-at-the-beach pic for the ‘gram!

Words do not describe how much i love this place. I wish we stayed closer to it! I could drink this stuff everyday. Its so simple yet so good. I started with the lillikoi(passion fruit) lemonade but its not in season so she suggested the strawberry mint. I went with it and it got me hooked. So refreshing. you could only taste a slight mint flavor which was nice that it didnt over power it. I also of course got one of the reusable glasses. How cute are they?! how can you not! The next time I stopped in i got the lava flow. Lemonade with coconut cream and a strawberry purée ummm hello whats not to love. There was coconut jelly on the bottom which is kind of a pain to eat because its below the ice and too big for the straw. It was really good as well if you can get to it. The ladies there are all really nice so don’t be afraid to ask for a recommendation.

The lava flow lemonade with coconut cream, coconut jelly, coconut purée, and strawberry purée rocked my socks! I also got it in an aloha mason jar that cost $ 5 and will become my souvenir. The acai bowl rocked my mittens. The local ingredients of fruit, granola and sugar made it so light, refreshing and delicious, that I can eat this everyday if I lived in Maui. The atmosphere is so positive and gives off a vibrant energy. It adds to the aloha spirit!

My FAVORITE place in Maui. I went here every day I was here(4 days). Tried the Strawberry Mint lemonade, Watermelon Basil lemonade, Uncle Acai smoothie, Wailea Breeze Smoothie, and one other smoothie. All were sooooo good. I would recommend making the Watermelon lemonade a Watermelon Mint if anything. I’m excited, I just found out they’re in San Diego.

This place is nice if you’re looking for a refreshing, sweet drink. We stopped in here on a whim after leaving Snorkel Bob’s. I honestly feel like my fiancé just wanted a mason jar… Anyway, I think if you like hipster lemonade, then you’ll like this place. It’s nice, but I’m not a huge lemonade fan. I had a hard time choosing. Then the barista asked me what kind of flavors I’m into, we opted for me to try the Piña Colada one and it was superb. I honestly didn’t have high hopes after tasting my fiancé’s mason jar lemonade. I can’t remember what she got, but she liked it! And I liked mine. I think that we’d go back if we were craving a quick fruity beverage. Try it out.

Great place to grab a refreshing fruity drink to-go! Wow Wow has a wide selection of fruity lemonades, limeades, acai bowls, smoothies etc. with all locally sourced fruits from the island. And they also make all their drinks fresh per order so nothing is pre-made in advance! We came here after lunch and only opted for a lemonade since we were already so full from lunch. Had the strawberry lillikoi lemonade, it was absolutely delicious! So refreshing with the right amount of sweet and sour taste. When in Hawaii… I have an obsession with lillikoi and will order any drink/dessert/candy with it!

Most people rave about the lemonade here which is really tasty. But for me it’s about the bowls… specifically the Pitaya and Acai bowls. There are so many options here to choose from. They have lemonade, local kombucha, bowls, smoothes, tonics and coffee too. Of course all their menu items are inspired by Maui, using a lot of fresh and local ingredients. My fav is the pitaya bowl. It’s super tasty, refreshing and a great value. Plus its naturally hot pink! I enjoy Wow Wow not just for their refreshing treats, but also their friendly service. Their staff is helpful and seems happy to serve. This just makes the whole experience that much better. My only wish for Wow Wow is that it was open later. Maybe I’m the weirdo that sometimes just wants a lite, quick and easy dinner like a smoothie or a bowl. But right now I’m thankful that they are close to my home and I can at least grab breakfast or lunch there.

Overpriced lemonade is always worth the pretty mason jar! Lol. There are several flavors and a couple of special flavor of the week. They also sell huge acaí bowls and some apparel. I ordered the mango colada and the bf ordered the strawberry mint. Both were sweet but refreshing. Total was about $ 20 for the drinks. Reusable straws are $ 1.50, mason jars are $ 7, and stickers are $ 2. Mason jars are available to purchase separately. The service wasn’t too bad and they were fast. I knocked off 1 star because how pricey it is for lemonade. Definitely love the mason jars even though you can simply buy their sticker and put it on your own.

I’ve been following Wow Wow Lemonade for a while now, especially as an acquaintance owns one on a different island. I loved the acai bowl and the fresh lemonade. The bowl was delicious and filling. I’m craving another one already! I love that the lemonade came in a refillable glass mason jar, which can be used for future visits, as well as every day at home. Really cute island style décor inside the shop and a few nice tables for outdoor or indoor seating.

I was craving an acai bowl after the trek to see the sunrise at Halaeakala. I Unilocaled around as we got signal driving down, and to my surprise there weren’t as many shops that offer them. I decided on Wow Wow since it wasn’t that far from the end of the«mountain,» and also since we were staying in Kihei not too far from the shop. They have a ton of pityua and acai bowls here full of fresh ingredients. He got a more simple one with the standard strawberries and bananas and honey and such. I decided to try the chocolate base one with the strawberries and bananas and other healthy goodies. Sorry it was awhile ago and I forgot the names of the bowls. He wanted his own, but we should have totally shared because these things are huge! They’re pricey, but they are hefty. Perhaps they can offer one that’s half the size of the smallest size on the menu(the one we each got) as well. It was nice trying something different, but I preferred his as the chocolate was a little rich for so early in the morning. He liked mine more, though he said he’s not too much of an acai fan(his first time trying it). Definitely stop by Wow Wow for an acai bowl when you’re in the area. It’s healthy and so refreshing!

I discovered this place when I was dining next for at Coconuts. I came inside and saw that they had cute mason jars and tasty drink offerings. I ordered the Hawaiian Palmer and the Lava Flow for my husband. The drinks were super delicious, but they are expensive! I spent $ 20 on just those two drinks which I thought was insane. However, when you think of the concept of reusable cups, fresh local ingredients, and healthy offerings, it isn’t shocking how expensive it ends up being. I definitely see a place like this doing well in California, but I am not sure about the pricing. It would be difficult for them to compete here with all the options available. I wish I discovered this place earlier during my trip. I would have probably come by more throughout my stay. We brought home the mason jars. One broke, and the other we still have. I would recommend that they use a different method on printing on their mason jars because the stickers are not durable and it’s a little cheap and tacky looking. Since it costs so much for the jar, they should consider presenting a better quality mason jar.
