Vic was called on a Tuesday and scheduled a visit to our Condo, on his next area visit, that Thursday. He and Devin, his son, arrived on schedule, picked up the drapes, and said he would be back with them in an hour. 50 minutes later he was back, the drapes were cleaned, and some additional hooks were added. Drapes looked like new.
Vic and Devin were friendly. The entire visit was professional and to the job at hand. Their work was performed as advertised. The timing of the work and the work itself, was definitely the best way to maintain your draperies, from season to season…
Worth a phone call. An efficient, friendly, reasonable service.

Vic’s Onsite was referred to me for adding drapery liners to our condo drapes. Vic was very professional, got back to me with a bid quickly, scheduled the job, and actually did it earlier than expected when our property manager let him know there was an earlier opening. The final job looks great and now the older expensive drapes look new again, extending the life for some time. He even added some missing hooks and checked out the rods to make sure they were in good working order, thanks Vic! For a job well done.

Everything perfect.
He showed up on time for the appointment, took our draperies down, left with them, came back an hour and a half later as promised with clean drapes, and rehung them. Reasonable price and perfect service.
We haven’t met Vic, but his son does a great job. Having a 6’7″ son in the business makes hanging drapes look very easy — when the hooks are at eye level.
