I had coral gemstones added to my mothers ring and it came out absolutely beautiful. There are no words to describe how beautiful and elegant I feel while wearing it. Took good care of us on our engagement ring resizing! We looked for someone who would be able to do a resizing same day so my fiancé could wear her engagement ring during our vacation instead of waiting to get back to the mainland. It was sized a bit too small which is a harder resizing than if its too large. The owners asked us to bring it in and said they would have it done in 2 hours. We showed up 1.5 hrs later and it was complete and beautifully resized. Definitely recommend them!

My boyfriend proposed to me on our first visit to Maui and the ring was a little big. Of course I wanted to wear it ASAP, so we looked for a local jeweler with good reviews and landed on Topaz. We arrived midday on a Saturday and being really naïve, thought resizing would just take an hour or so. Even though we could tell they were busy, they said they could squeeze the project in and have it ready for us that afternoon! The staff were so sweet and accommodating and they made a really special trip even better for us. To top it all off, the resizing was perfect and undetectable; I couldn’t be happier with the end result.

David was so so nice. I went in to have a ring guard put on my blue topaz sterling silver ring and he put it on and didnt even charge me, saying, «Happy New Year!» A ring guard makes a ring smaller so that you don’t have to go through the expensive and long process of getting it resized. He did a great job my ring fits great now. Thanks David! The store is very classy and the people are so welcoming and nice.

We were looking for a jeweler to adjust a watch I had just been given. We looked forever and just happened by their gallery. We weren’t expecting them to be able to do it but they were able to. The guy who runs it was super nice and it only took him a minute. I pulled out my wallet to pay him and he refused to take my money. He just said «enjoy your vacation». I stil can’t believe that. Especially since I’m sure Maui was hit hard by the recession. Island hospitality at it’s finest!

Highly recommend this place! Everyone who works there is so nice and helpful! I went in to get a watch sized and they were happy to do it and it was a watch I purchased from another store! A lot of places have you pick up your watch the next day but they did it right on the spot and I waited no more than 30 minutes. Definitely my new go-​to place. We had called the shop before we went just to make sure they had what we needed and that it was opened. I was a bit surprised to see a doggy when I walked into the store, but the dog was friendly. The owner sized my finger and asked this older gentleman to put a temporary ring guard on my engagement ring. My ring was about 1.5 sizes too big and I wanted to wear it right away! After they put the temporary ring guard on, I asked how much do we owe them? She said we didn’t owe them anything and to enjoy! What a nice thing to do and I appreciate it every bit of it!

This is mostly a vanity plug because I’ve known the owners of Topaz since before I was born. I grew up with David & Nancy (the owners)‘s kids and spent a lot of time at the store. Nowadays they’re my family’s number one jewelry store and always help me out whenever I need a simple watch pin adjustment or when my mom’s rings need an extra sparkle. They have a great array of local jewelry styles like plumeria pendants, lots of gold sea animals (turtles, etc.), but they also have lots of those specialized one-​of-​a-​kind pieces that you won’t find in Zales or Ben Bridge. It’s an earring that slips on to the lower earlobe and doesn’t require piercing (I don’t think it does) to wear.
