Shari is awesome. The flowers looked amazing. She is prompt, she listens and the flowers looked amazing, even better than I could ever imagine. She did my bouquet, the boutonnieres, and our circle of flowers. She also delivers :) and the prices are reasonable. The photos of the flowers are beautiful and in person they were even more gorgeous. Thank you Shari for helping make our day amazing!

Shari made an amazing arrangement for delivery to the Grand Wailea for our 20^th anniversary. My wife said it was one of the best parts of the entire week. I highly recommend!
One tip: when you arrive to the airport call to make sure the flowers are in the room. In our situation they had not been put in the room yet. Not an issue with the florist – an issue with hotel front desk.

I called Shari looking for a single cymbidium orchid for a hairpiece. Other florists wanted to charge me for a whole stem, but Shari didn’t. It came up to only $ 7, and she offered to deliver it to my hotel in Wailea for free! She dropped it off complete with bobby pins (which was a nice extra unexpected touch). Great price, great customer service.

I cannot say enough good things about Maui Sunset Florals and its owner Shari. Having worked in the floral department at one of the big Wailea resorts (either the Four Seasons or the Grand Wailea) for 10+ years before opening up her own shop, she adds a personal, homey touch to all of her work whether she’s providing flowers for a 2 person wedding or 40 Christmas trees for a hotel (true fact — she was actually filling the Christmas tree order when we met her!).
As previous reviews have mentioned, Shari really goes above and beyond in making sure your her customers are happy. It was no easy feat trying to find vendors for our destination wedding, but from the moment I contacted Shari, she was just an absolute doll to work with: responsive, friendly, and professional. We had to change our flower order many times leading up to the wedding, and Shari remained patient throughout and was very helpful in making budget friendly suggestions to accommodate our needs. I really appreciated how understanding she was of our budgetary constraints, as it’s rare to find someone on the wedding circuit who isn’t trying to gouge you for every dollar that they can.
On the day of the wedding, the flowers were gorgeous and exactly what we had wanted. Shari even took the time to not only deliver the flowers herself to both the Fairmont where I was getting ready and to the place where my husband was getting ready, but she also dropped by the Fairmont the day before to pick up the bouquet wraps from us so we didn’t have to make the extra trip out to see her. It’s these little touches that really made us happy with our decision to work with her, and when she made her deliveries she gave us these great big hugs and wished us congrats… gave me the nice warm and fuzzies on an otherwise hectic morning!

Shari at Maui Sunset Florals was outstanding and went above and beyond what I expected from our Florist. We were married at The Four Seasons in Maui and it was a second marriage for both us. We wanted a very simple wedding. Finding a florist on the SW side of the island was a little difficult. We didn’t use a wedding planner (in hindsight we should have) because our travel agent suggested a wedding officiant that had connections and all of the people we needed. However, her florist didn’t create flower circles. Given the size of our wedding (2 of us) I didn’t want to start adding vendors. I found Shari and was happy I did! She was so responsive, positive, and easy to work with. Because I didn’t have a color in mind and wanted native Hawaiian flowers, I let her have some creative freedom. My bouquet was absolutely gorgeous! She also met us 2 days before the ceremony to ensure she had the exact location for the flower circle. She was extremely easy to work with and her work was amazing. Her price for the bouquet, 2 leis, and the flower circle was very reasonable. I’d highly recommend Shari. She loves what she does and it shows in her work. She is very professional and such a nice person!

I have nothing but great things to say about Maui Sunset Florals. Shari the owner goes above and beyond the call of duty. I’ve used their services for many events including my own wedding. The quality is outstanding, exquisite and beautifully creative. What ever the occasion I highly recommend Maui Sunset Florals !
