Spent 7 nights here during Christmas In 2015. Close to the beach, not ocean facing condo. It has all the amenities — refrigerator, swimming pool, pull out couch, beach chairs, lockers, internet and decent parking along with a small patio. Does not have a cleaning service for a week long stay and hence only 4 stars vs. 5. Extra towels, napkins, bed sheet were delivered pretty quickly.

Stayed in B204 for 7 nights in August 2015. Kathy — Property Management from Maui Paradise Vacations was great! Quick in responding. Very nice and very friendly on the phone. She also gave good recommendation. 5+ Stars Property — Nice, small, quite and cute. Good parking spaces and closed to all unit. Always lots of sand piled up driving in and out from street to property. Unit — overall, older furniture and kitchen. 1 bedroom drawer was broken and front panel was dangling. I notified Kathy and she was not aware. Top drawer has lots of dirty stain. I left my clothes in suitcase. Good size balcony with table and chairs. Nice partial ocean view. Cleanness — Not too impressive. I gave it a B. Big yellow stain behind bathroom door. Clothes dryer lint was packed full so I had to remove it. Towel shelves had strong particle smell which made all towels smelled. I would use liner to cover shelves instead of bare wood. Amenities — Pro — Very good over all. The unit has almost everything for your beach activities. Decent size of hand soap and shampoo supplies although we have our own. Good supplies on paper towels and other utilities. Con — Did not have non stick frying pan so prepping eggs are almost impossible. No salt or pepper for simple usage. Pricing — Kathy gave me a good break because the pool was out. I hope Kathy gives feed back to the owner and either change cleaning person or talk to them. I would come back. My 15 year-old likes the property.

Do not book this through expedia! We booked a room here, received a confirmation that our room was available and then arrived at the property only to find that there was no room for us. Upon calling Expedia, we learned that a different room at a different location was booked in our name(luckily) at what I later learned is a property also owned by this property. We wasted hours looking around the property for a front desk(none) and attempting to find our room.

Not knowing what to expect. I was very surprise on the location, cleanliness, and beauty of the area. They had everything in the unit, and most of all the management team was a delight to work with!

Came here not knowing what to expect. I’m sure there are nicer condos to stay in with more comfortable beds, however for the price, location, cleanliness and accessibility I would definitely come back. Stayed in one of the lower D units. 1BR/BA place was very clean as we opened the door for the first time. Had great amenities including full size kitchen with big fridge, microwave, and all necesary kitchen utensils. The kitchen faucet even has a Pur water filiter which takes away the hassle from buying tons of bottled water. Also had a washer & dryer, iron, ironing board and vacuum. Two flat screen tv’s, a dvd player in the livng room. They also offer free WIFI that was actually pretty fast. They also have two foldable chairs to use at the beach as well as a supply of bath and beach towels in the room. The pool and spa were both very clean. They even have outdoor showers for rinsing off. Kalepolepo beach is right across the street! Kahului Airport is only 8 miles away. Longs drugstore is just down the street, for groceries as well as a is neat little outdoor craft fair that you can buy fresh fruit and souvenirs for good prices. Only a fifteen minute drive down to the better beaches in South Maui. A/C in living room area only, but the way in which our condo was set up we got a nice draft of the fresh ocean breeze by opening the fron and back windows. We had a great time here. Thanks KBV for helping make the perfect vacation!

My husband and I spent a wonderful week in early September in Unit D108. I was very impressed with this community and would highly recommend it to anyone headed to Maui. Although the unit is a bit dated, it was very very clean. The furniture was comfortable and the layout was fabulous. I loved the stocked kitchen, full-size fridge, dining table, washer & dryer. The unit includes guide books, a boogie board, 2 pairs of swim fins, an iron & board, a frisbee, large rolling cooler, towels, sun umbrella, and one load’s laundry detergent and dryer sheets. These amenities made prepping for a day at the beach a breeze! There’s a TV in the living room and the bedroom which is nice. I loved the beach across the street. We watched two sunsets there — very romantic! I did try boogie boarding there and ended up with a very sand-filled swimsuit. September is a very windy time of year and the wind blows the sand around so be aware of that. There is a nightly luau next door. I really enjoyed hearing the music, personally. To be honest, the proximity to the road, South Kihei Drive, was a bit of a problem when trying to sleep, and the birds began shreiking very early in the morning. But that’s all part of paradise! True, we could have closed the window and turned on the A/C but I love fresh air. Thereare ceiling fans in the living room and the bedroom which I REALLY appreciated. The shower has good pressure and good temperature. I think my favorite part of the unit was the lanai. There is a table with four chairs, and I LOVED sitting there each evening unwinding from the day, reading and having a drink, chatting with hubby. It was so so so peaceful. The complex itself was very quiet, and I realize we were there during the off-season. The parking is convenient and plentiful. What I loved most about the condo was the independence. The office emailed us our door access code a few days before we arrived so there was no check-in process. We just showed up, entered the door code, and settled in. As for the location … we ended up spending most of our time in Lahaina and north of there(AIRPORTBEACHISTHEBESTDON’T MISSIT) but the drive between Kihei and Lahaina is very pleasant and not too long. Each morning I would awaken at about 5 am(thanks to jet lag) and the road traffic would be very light. I could lay in bed and listen to the waves across the street. I really enjoyed that. Sadly during the day the road traffic drowns out the waves. Stay in Kihei Bay Vista. It’s a fabulous place, and if we’re ever lucky enough to return to Maui, we’ll be staying there again!

I stayed here for 6 days in unit D103(1 bd/1 ba). The location of the unit in the complex was good, in the back corner, 1st floor. Nice and quiet. The location of the complex is across the street from the beach, but unfortunately North Kihei is pretty icky. Drive down to South Kihei for great swimming and snorkeling. The unit itself was ok. Not the cleanest or most modern but sufficient for the deal we got. It was about 600 sq ft, had a pull out couch in the front room, a 25″ tv, dvd player, and a stereo. There’s internet but it’s not free. The kitchen was fully stocked which I really enjoyed. All units also have a small washer/dryer, which was AWESOME. Bathroom was small but good enough. The shower head was placed a bit too close to the wall and it wasn’t adjustable so that was weird. Saw a couple ants here and there but our food was safe even when we accidentally left it out. Bed was queen size and pretty damn uncomfortable. I woke up with a sore back, shoulders, or neck each day. They provided some great extras: 3 boogie boards, a big cooler, 2 beach chairs, a floatie noodle, 2 big beach towels, ironing board, iron, & a putter(for the putting green in the complex) No daily maid service but they equip you with enough amenities for the week.
