Ok — so we have a rental house in Key West. Great place. We completely renovated it about 7 years ago and the new tile grout was really looking dirty. Called Royal Plus (saw their ad somewhere) and they came and cleaned the grout throughout our home. In one afternoon, the grout went from being very dingy and dirty to really looking new. Seriously great job. Highly recommend their service. I’ve asked them to also do the bit of carpet we have and assume that they will do an equally stellar job.
