OK, if in Key West and need a real Pharmacy, this is it!!! The other 2CVS are not pharmacies. I was there and put in my order and they told me 15 minutes and it was 15 minutes. The store was clean and organized unlike the other CVSs in close proximity. If in Key West again and needing drugs, toiletries, or other items I will be back.

Security was friendly, helped me install batteries into a fan I purchased. Bathroom had no toilet paper.

I stopped here two times on my trip to stock up on water. It is so hot during the summer and buying a little bottle evey 10 minutes is to costly. So I stopped in here because they have a private lot and loaded up on water!

If you need something in a pinch, this CVS outpost in Key West will suffice. Keep your expectations in check and you’ll be fine. Customer service is practically nonexistent here. On a Sunday morning in December 2014, there were no cashiers working the register, so customers were forced to use the self checkout kiosks, which have their own inherent issues. These issues required a sullen, seemingly unhappy employee to assist each and every customer in line. From my viewpoint, it would have been easier for her to just ring folks through at the register instead of getting upset that the stupid tourists couldn’t work the self checkout machines. However, there is a big parking lot if you’re driving, and it is only a short walk from most places in Old Town. Convenience often wins over customer service.

Impressive room accommodations. Comfortable pillows and blankets and clean towels for the whole family. Will most definitely be back to this CVS. Best pillowfort bed and breakfast in Keywest.

Very helpful staff. Our first day in key west we dint know where to find a cab. The cashier made a call and our taxi was waiting outside for us.

the pharmacy is completely overwhelmed. They need 6 employees back there and not 4. They couldn’t handle the simplest of «rushes». One checkout girl. Your rx is ready? you still wait until all the questions are answered for the person in front of you. There are 2 registers! Use them! bathroom is a disgrace too.

This is my diet coke stop. I usually stop here on my way home, buy a few diet cokes and head home. It’s a large CVs and can get busy during the alcoholics rush hour when people are heading home and need their fix of junk food. They pretty much have everything here from makeup to groceries.

ITIS A CVS. It is always hard for me to review CVS type places. The reason. Seriously what am I going to say(unless it is incredibly filthy or the staff was rude… whixh at this locate I encountered neither). Usually I go to a CVS for a specific reason. Sunscreen, forgotten toothpaste, sundrys… you get it. These type of store serve a specific purpose to me. You either want the qTips or you don’t.

Craziest CVS I have ever been too! This drugstore doubles as sort of a mini Kmart with clothing and swimsuits along with the other expected drug store items. The upside? It has a parking lot that saves you from trying to find parking on the narrow streets that surround it. The downside? The stock is limited. You may find ONE of what you are looking for, or in my case, you may need to go with another brand or probably the house CVS brand as there seems to be plenty of stock of that. The store also felt dirty to me. Looked good from the outside, but once inside– there is a mess of everything in everyplace. Check out is super easy, though. In addition to the counters in the front– they have 3 self check out areas which move the people through. Not bad in a pinch but the Walgreen’s on Duval is probably a better bet!

Filthy! The whole bicycle area smelled like urine, and seemed unsafe. I didnt even go inside, I found a walgreens on Duval street that was a lot cleaner.

I heard that this is the busiest CVS in the nation. I think it might be true. Seems like locals come here for most of their needs on the go. Close to Duval, but not ON Duval. Parking lot doubles as bumper car rink, but at least you’re not looking for street parking. Huge store with photo lab and an entire wardrobe aisle full of tourist clothes. You can find pretty much anything you need here. Line is always at least 10 deep, but moves quickly. Gets the job done!

Great CVS in a perfect location… come here to stock up on beer, water and sunscreen. Each time we were there a long line gathered and the staff opened up additional registers to get everyone through quickly. They have everything that you need if you forgot it at home. Overall clean store.
