This place is beautiful, and is economically cheap for a northerner; we got 4 bathrooms, 2 kitchens, and 2 living rooms. Everything is clean and they provide toiletries. My only complaint is the old furniture and the lack of service to cell phones, also the wifi comes and goes. For a little over than $ 1,000 dollars this place is a steal. I was shocked when I discovered the entire town house was for us. 3 floors and garden patios with a beautiful view, I would definitely recommend this place.

Families take note: great resort, perfect pool for kids, friendly staff, bigger accommodations than a regular hotel for less money. This is clearly going to depend on what unit you have, but 610 was fantastic. The resort itself is quiet and clean. The big pool has two zero-entry sides and a little fountain so it was absolutely perfect for our two year old to play in for hours. We saw a lovely hot tub, another pool, clubhouse and fitness room but spent so much time in the zero-entry pool we didn’t use those. The unit itself had two rooms, bed and living, as well as a kitchen area and bathroom, plenty for a small family and WAY more space than we had in a conventional hotel. Plus, there was a washer-dryer and free internet. The unit was also well appointed with glasses, silverware, etc and we were even left dish and laundry soap. The ability to do laundry was an added bonus for a family. We found many great activities nearby, also. The pennecamp state park glass bottom boat was wonderful, and there were kids water parks and playgrounds nearby. The local restaurants were also better than we expected. We only had two nights here but could have enjoyed ourselves for much longer!

402 is a dump! We paid just under $ 1,000 to stay here in the off season on a thursday and friday night! My family and I were very excited to stay here since some of them have stayed here previously and it was great, however this time was horrid! As soon as we walked in we took our shoes off and explored the house. Within 2 mins we checked the bottom of our feet and they were BLACK! Sand on the floor, water stains on the coffee tables, mold on the placemats and A/C vents, rugs in the rooms were blackened and shoddy furniture that was near its breaking point. We were hungry when we got there so decided to make sandwiches, the plates from the cabinets were filthy and had greasy residue on them so we had to clean everything before we could eat or drink! The sliding glass door was anything but easy. I have two elderly people with us and they could not go outside without assistance. I’m 29 years old and still had a very difficult time opening the door! What a disaster! We asked the owner to have a maid come in and she was shocked at how deplorable the house was. She said this was extremely dirty and the worst condo she has cleaned. There was no spare garbage bags. Needless to say we weren’t sad to leave on Saturday morning. The actual grounds were very nice and so was the pool areas. It is not crowded at all and the staff is very nice. The other places in here are nicer than 402! AVOID402ATALLCOSTS!!! The owner was nice on the phone to my mother in law and did give us a minimal $ 200 refund. She stated she was well aware of of the upgrades needed.

Amazing resort! Our condo was on the third floor overlooking the water. It was beautifully decorated with plenty of amenities! The place was extremely quiet and we felt like we were the only ones there. My husband enjoyed the fitness room while I enjoyed the hot tub :)

Stayed here because the Hilton was booked. Had a one room villa which was nice enough, but couldn’t access wireless and the shades would not come down in the bedroom. On top of that there was no front desk to call, so had to deal with both problems.
