On our family vacation, everything in key biscayne is either closed on Christmas Day or more than I would pay for a burger($ 22!). This domino’s location gave us the option to eat in our room after a fun afternoon out in the sun. Glad we found it!

I had forgotten how arrogant are the manager or owners of this franchise. I ordered two pizzas and the more expensive one $ 16.99 was a specialty pizza. What arrived was not what I ordered. I called the franchise and complained politely both in English and Spanish and he pretended to not understand either language or the complaint and then hung up. It reminded me that this has happened before also, this franchise does not honor any of the national Dominos promotions.‘ Why do Key Biscayners put up with this arrogant behavior. m very sad

Simply amazing!!! My fave is the thin crust with extra cheese. So fresh and delicious. I’ve been a loyal customer for years. I also recommend the cinnamon sticks

This Domino’s store could use an upgrade m service and delivery. The pizza they make is actually pretty good for this type of place, but the ability to deliver it fresh dos not seem to be within their capacity. Tonight’s pizza took 38 minutes from leaving to store t our condo which is a 2 minute drive. The driver’s excuse that he had 3 other orders to deliver was unacceptable. As anticipated the pizza, while edible had lost most of its punch.

ZZZEERRROOOO Stars! How is it possible that #dominos is reviewed negatively only twice a year. unless the company or manger and owner actually write their own or modify their reviews. Please go to #sirpizza or even #puntino…service, quality of products and service are better and excels compared to the service of #dominos and the attitude of the manager! I called 15 minutes before close and they were ‘closed’ — typical Miami — someone might want to call #ice or or # , I know I am difficult but when you call within business hours and the manager is rude, you have it within your right to be a jerk. I hope this place turns over soon and allows for quality and caring locals to move in and succeed… clearly these folks cannot stand up to their business hours let alone their community!

I don’t understand why the delivery guy doesn’t know where to look for the delivery instructions. I would assume that the delivery guy would learn that within the first 5 minutes of training. To my surprise he was unaware if where to find it on the receipt. So then after waiting around for what he claims was thirty minutes before returning to the store, he came back, followed the delivery instructions I left and brought me cold food. Awesome… I’ll be waiting for a call from the manager.

I like Dominoes pizza, but they’ve been consistantly getting my order wrong. I have been a faithful customer for years, but will not order from them again. My last order was over 45 mins late(they said it would take 30 and it took almost an hour and a half). When I called to inquire, they hung up on me! Unnecessary reason to lose a customer…

Hey its Dominos. What do you expect? BUT they have improved A TON lately since Dominos made a point of improving their ingredients. Now it may be THE best pizza on Key Biscayne(looking at you Sir Pizza and Archie’s) They deliver without a hassle and there’s even an app that let’s you put in your order to your closest franchise. No complaints here.

The service here is just plain awful… I have lived on key biscayne my whole life and dominos consistently let me down for years, but when they added their garlic crust, i began ordering it again… their promotion campaign led them to have a turn around, but now that their stock is back up, they have gone back to their old ways and continued to uphold their bad reputation. the customer clearly does not come first here.
