Had an appointment with Icon today at 2pm, they didn’t call to tell me they would be late I had to contact them to find out. I called and called and called, no answer. Finally I get in touch with someone they said they would call me back in a half hour. Never got that call so I phoned again, this time they say the guy is running late on another job but will be there. An hour and a half goes by I phone again this time they tell me he’s on the way. (Leah is the woman I spoke to there in case anyone was wondering) it’s now 8:30pm and unless the guy is driving here from Florida I’m pretty sure they no showed on me. DO NOT USE Icon Kitchen. They didn’t even have the decency to call me and tell me they wouldn’t be able to make their appointment. A

My gorgeous kitchen is all thanks to them! We put in a new kitchen about a year ago and are very happy! They are so helpful and work with you to make sure that you complete your progress with perfection! Have recommended them to family and friends!
